I paid $28 to see criminal records on a certain individual whom I know has a record. I'm very upset this was a scam of money to see the stuff I already knew about. Let down on trying to find information

I learned a lot about my family that I didn't know. I was just curious about family members and found out they lived near me at different times and I didn't even know it. I found out out quite a few of my nephews weren't such good boys after all. Everyone has skeletons in their closets.
The report they provided was garbage. None of the information provided was information I didn't already have. I have zero idea how this business makes the list of good background checks. Save yourself from paying 30 bucks.

The report was 95% complete for the past 30 years. It was very helpful and informative. The families were 85% complete. The addresses were 90% complete. Jobs and schooling were correct spanning over 15 years. Schooling and License for business were accurate. Thank you for all the services you provided.

I used this site in August today is December 25! They withdrew my account with out permission. I'm not sure what's wrong with this company & why you would withdrawal money out of all days of December 24. Wtf! Clearly they think customers are stupid & wouldn't notice! I have no purpose for your service so refund my account. I have reported this to PayPal as well.
