I needed to add Windows 7 Pro to my parallels and this was by far the best way I could have done it. Very satisfied.
I installed it over windows XP on a desktop Computer and it went very well. Thought I would have trouble with hardware drivers but I had little or no problems. I had to reinstall printer drivers and WiFi network hardware driver and other software to make my computer run smoothly. Just make sure you have all your serial numbers or registration numbers ready for software that you had on old windows. It is good to backup all your files and put them in a storage volume so if you need them later. By the way I am not a expert on computers. I am 77 years old but I have been with computers since 1990.

I was reluctant to buy Windows 7 at first because the price seemed too good to be true. The software installed fairly easily and the product key was readily recognized by Microsoft as valid. I then upgraded to Windows 10 for free and I couldn't be happier.
My experience was great with their service and resolution of the issue i had. I had an issue that i needed to have resolved, they did resolve it. The unfortunate thing was that i had to wait a day or two to install the software because I was busy. But overall i am well please with their service and support.
