I am with Trusted Pros for years and I am very happy about their customer service. My questions are always answered within 24 hours. The big thing is to get jobs and through the information my clients find in the TP's page people come directly to us, this means they are always potential customers with serious job offers. A very big portion of jobs we do is related to the TP's website/ our customer reviews/ pictures.

Somehow or another someone opened an ''account'' in 2010 with my personal information and then someone called ''john from ottawa'' give me a negative review in these few words, ''Did not complete. Left huge mess. Wouldn't come back''. I have no idea who this is and I never signed up or even PAID to use there ''services'',,,, and I keep telling them this and they wont remove my personal information,,,,, bunch of $#*!s, they post news articles on Facebook and make it look like there doing home owners a great service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

This is Joe from Do It All Contracting in St. Albert, AB. I have been a member of Trusted Pros for many years. They are different than many other contracting websites who charge a large amount of money for no return on investment.
On other paid sites, the larger the budget, the more you are advertised so the small companies who care about people/clients are left behind. The bigger budget shows that you are on the first page but not for the job the company does or the clients that they have done work for in the past, but for the amount of money they pay.
With Trusted pros, you pay your annual dues to become and remain a member, but it's past clients who allow you to become a trusted member. This of course takes years to develop, and become a Trusted Pro, so no amount of money is going to get you to the top, only your reputation will do that. Believe me, it takes years to develop this.
Since becoming a member, I believe Trusted Pros has not only helped grow businesses that follow through on their promises to clients, but have helped weed out the shoddy contracting businesses that don't care about others and ruin the reputation of well liked, and trusted contractors out there.

Hello TrustedPros team, I just wanted to give you my feedback about your site. I "relocated" here from one of your competitors because you provide an easier way to reach the contractors. I like the feature that people can bid on my job, that contractors respond to questions posted by homeowners and give quite elaborate advice. I even dragged one of the contractors on your website when he was at my home. He is a plumber from A to Z plumbing & Drain, he did several good jobs for me in the past. Once he was in my home to fix my next pluming issue, and I refused to let him leave until he creates a profile on TrustedPros :) I have hired several people from your website and was quite impressed by their professional and customer service skills.
