Booked tickets through sunbeam travels. Received worst service. They paid 853 us dollars to the airline and charged us 1645 canadian dollars. On top of that they booked my return ticket from delhi to montreal instead of toronto. Now the airline says they will book our luggage to montreal as per the itinerary and that we would have to go to montreal to get our luggage bags. There are 4 passengers affected by this. They even told me that toronto to montreal was complimentary. The airline said that there is no such thing as complementary in airline business.

I found this site in internet. Suraj was very helpful. I was talking to Suraj, he was good and ready to listen to me and helpful. While I was talking to him he aid his time is over he handed the phone to Summit, he is very rude and very unprofessional and forced me to book a ticket with him. He was in so much hurry and frequently asking for my credit card information. I told him i am travelling with kids so I need a flight with less layover. He lied to me that there is no flight from Hong Kong to Vancouver at night, So I have almost 10 hours layover with my two little kids in Hong Kong, and later on i found out there was a connecting flight to Vancouver immediately. I want to contact him back but not available. Summit is very mean and rude. I will not trust him. I am not saying that the company is bad.

I booked two tickets on March 24 th then I booked one on april 1st.
First of all i got the conformed tickets ( 6HNVJY / 6HU5ZW) from trip beam which says i can fly on Aug 5th and paid the amount you asked me to. Based on that I have made planning In India, and I should be there on 7th, In addition, we talked about the conformation on April 1st Saturday while we were conforming ticket for the third person (6FGKL9). Ever since i booked the ticket on 24 th I have been waiting for the ticket which include domestic details too. After I booked the 3rd ticket, you asked me to wait another 24 hours. I have waited more than that expecting you to sent them. After completing 48 hours, I have contacted you, and you still wanted me to wait for 3 more hours, but i got ticket in an hour, unfortunately the details in the tickets are not same as we I got before. I have been in touch with trip beam and never been told about the waiting list or the changes, After receiving the ticket i had to ask to you about the changes then you sent me the email regarding the changes you made.
I don't think its fare to get the money from someone and make the changes as you wish.
Really Bad service... Please dont trust them... I dont say the company is bad, but the customer service representatives who ever handled my case its ridiculous...

I booked my ticket to India through trip beam and dealt with param. I had such a good experience so the second time going to India I called trip beam again and got anther agent named sumit. He booked my ticket. He was so desperate he used phone at 11 o'clock at night anyways I booked the ticket with him. As soon as have him my credit card number he couldn't book my seats either. He gave me wrong PNR number for the flight I had to go through security questions before I could confirm anything. I had to pay extra money to someone to book my seats. Summit doesn't have any knowledge but is very rude.

It is too much of hassles booking flight tickets on your own. So I have always taken the easier way of going to a travel agency. This time around, I did not have the time to hop into the travel agents office near my place and had also misplaced his number so I just searched online and stumbled upon tripbeam.com. At first was hesitant, but just after the first talk I had with their agent, I knew theyll make the best arrangements. I was right, tickets booked and confirmed. Flying to Vancouver tomorrow morning. I found the price much better than what were being offered on other sites.It is much easier to book with them, besides you definitely get cheaper tickets.

This is the first time I am reviewing them, however, it wasnt the first time taking their services. I have had some really good experience booking air tickets via tripbeam. They are good on their word, quick and efficient. It saves a lot of time when you can totally leave you ticket booking worry with someone else and focus on other travel preparations in the meantime. And that is what exactly I have been doing since the last two times (out of the 3 times, I used the services). Was a bit apprehensive the first time, when I had to fly to Boston for my exchange program, but they took care of everything.
