We have worked over the course of many months with Trioangle on our sustainable events booking platform which is now finalised and we're delighted with the results! Trioangle have been both very flexible and proactive when adapting to our needs. We often required new features and changes and Trioangle have implement them without hesitation. We're very happy with the final results specially the complete re work to our UI/UX which we requested towards the end of the project after hiring an external web designer to rework our original design implementations. I would like to make a special mention to our project manager Vignesh and also to our business analyst Vismithan whom have been been excellent and fulfilled our every need! Both have been very reachable and supportive throughout the entire process either via Skype messenger or arranging Skype calls.

I would say that our project was a very complex one given that we requested an entire new payment processing system (mangopay) and asked many additional features for our marketplace but even when encountering blocks in the road Trioangle were able to find a solution.

I am so impressed with not only the quality of the software but also the overall customer service and communication! Their customer service representative Samir was responsive on time.

Trioangle, The Best team for delivering needed work with good technical support and customer satisfaction. I have purchased uber from them. Mr Vignesh & Mr Yashar - Project Managers, respond slowly but they did what I ask, even worked in a pandemic situation to finish my project.

Technically the user's, store's, and driver's app perform various functions easier and all the essential features are included like the original version that we can found So far the whole process was simple. Lots of assistance within the app to learn how to use it and support has been excellent in responding to queries in chat. Honest review because really helped me out, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Do NOT hire them unless you want to waste your time emailing them day after day for months to get any fixes done after you've paid in full. Ajith is supposed to be the project manager and it takes days or more than a week for him to respond, and nothing in my list of fixes gets done after. I asked for two primary items to be fixed on my app every week for about 3 months ago and had ONLY 3 replies and no progress from more than a dozen requests. Don't bother trying to contact the owners, both Vignesh Palanivel and Bowshul Sheik Rahaman will NOT respond. FYI if you want Trioangle or an employee's attention then tag them on social medial, only then they'll reply. Good luck getting your fixes though if they do reply. DO NOT HIRE AVOID AVOID AVOID

Reserving my comments as I'm still not happy yet, I am not getting full attention of this developer yet, may be with time they will still change.

Last Year they gived qoutation as for 50% in the middle of project I needed a little changes charged me double of price since I was stacked with them I paid again after one week they asked for money because I was at the final stage I paid again, then they asked for thinks that was not discusst at first, finally I asked for refund they said they will refund half but first I have to wirte good reviews since my accounts passwords was with them they puted review on my behalf and send a file that i couldn't used it no refund these people are such scammers $#*! wasting your time beeeee awwwwaaaaare run asss faaaaast as you can!
