I ordered my son a 3D gaming ornament and paid $25 for it. It is cheap plastic and definitely not 3D. Also, I emailed them my concerns and they are refusing any help with this.

I order 2 custom shirts. The pricing was outrageous but I needed them to wear at an event. I paid extra to move my order up but that was ignored and it took way to long to get my order only to receive the incorrect order. This mistake ruined the attire for our even as we went from plenty of time to no time to fix it. A full refund was not aloud (because we dont need the shirts the events over) I pleaded for at least %50 off for the shirt they messed up... after lots of back and forth they insulted me by refunding the shipping. I continued back and forth because they claim to want customer satisfaction. And I bring the %50 back to the table and they offered my %20 off my next order like I am ever going to use thia company again... then the went to manage and came back offering me %20 off which I thought was off my whole order but nope just %20 of on the shirt they messed up. These guys are over priced crooks that clearly do very poor work.

I ordered the nightlights and a sweatshirt which are very personalized and so unique. My family loved their gifts. The nightlights are special because names are in the stems so creatively and the flowers are their birth flowers.

Purchased a daddy's dream team poster from trendingcustom.com it looks so cute online. It's a picture of a dad with his whole family from the back baseball team numbers sitting in a row really simple. Just need the names and what number jersey you want on the back of the shirt. I was super excited since I picked this gift out for my husband from our kids and our whole family. Their gift arrived two days late after Father's Day even though I'd ordered it well before like weeks on top of that it came in a very thin fragile box that was bent, and when we took the poster out that we recorded him doing because we were gonna post it the poster was completely bent and water damaged. It had been rolled. It wasn't in anything of substance. It had a thin sheet of Styrofoam that when you open up a box and they don't want something scratch that was what was wrapped around it nothing else not a roller. It wasn't in plastic, It's literally ruined and now he has nothing from me and the kids for Father's Day super we're upset

I came across this page on facebook but that doesn't mean you can always trust that it's legit. So I did what I always do and googled the legitimacy of this website and I got on the website from there and ordered 2 customized gifts from here. A shirt and a plaque and the communication was great! Emails were great. I swear that has to be an author of some sort writing them lol and they emailed me when my order arrived but also wanted me to email to confirm if my order arrived and wasn't mistakenly dropped off at my neighbors house or something. The gifts were great. I love the choice on there. I didn't post a picture or video because of my children's name on there. I wanted to keep that private but from google I did get directed to the legit website.

All I can say is the site is very easy to use and I am very happy with my purchase experience. Most importantly my wife had 😢 in her eyes on how beautiful her gift was... It resembles us both perfectly... I'm sure there is something for everyone to bring a smile to their faces...

I ordered 2 "son" Father's Day Coffee Mugs with graphics of mother/son on them. You can individualize the "son" and "mom". The quality of the mug and the designs are great! I'm very happy with my order.

I am pleased w the print and color quality. I love the script and flower choices, the ease of ordering ane quick turnaround. I only wish the poster hadn't been rolled, hopefully I can unroll and weight it down flat for framing. Thank you for facilitating a personalized gift for my Mother.
