It was easy to buy the trees online- quality was great

I did not receive my initial order. I called about the problem and they immediately sent out a replacement. The trees I received are good sized and look healthy. Would definitely recommend this site.

The plants I ordered were as described, good size and well packaged. They shipped very quickly. I would definitely order from them again.

First order was over 3 weeks out and received dried out and dead. Second order was 8 days out and hoping they survive. The box clearly said live plants.

The trees arrived on time, well packed, and appear healthy. Time will tell how well the roots can get established.

Not satisfying
Ordered two trees and one did not make it. I have written. I have called. I have sent pictures. No response yet

I looked forward to getting my Eureka lemon tree. It was in a 3-gallon pot. I realize (now) that a landscaping 3 gallon pot holds only about 1.5 gallons. However, the description of the tree lead me to believe that the tree would be about 3 feet tall. Surprise! It was only a foot or so high. Seemingly deceptive advertising. But the tree looked healthy and I anticipate many lemons. I'll let you know.

We had damage from the shipment and the company replaced the trees promptly and in a friendly manner.

I had a small number of my plants in bad shape and they sent me new ones without question.

The tree have 10 days in road the last ordens I have is only two days this orden is to many time in road the tree is most dead

Was excited over order at first You visualize a 6 ft tree not realizing it's only going to be maybe an 1in. Around. Was told it would take a 3ft by 3ft hole, which I contacted an arborist to plant. Fortunately due to schedule and giving the tree several days before planting that didn't happen, Would have been $300 dollars Tree was in bad shape when I received it, all but 2 leaves were off, root starter was open and scattered in box.
Yes tree was 6ft but technically! But what a disappointment! Was refunded 10% off and new bag of starter (that at first was going to be deducted from 10%) Not a good experience Sales person needs to fully describe the sise of the tree, very misleading

I called and placed an order for peach trees that I didn't want shipped for at least a week. Customer Service was great! My trees shipped as requested. The delivery part of this purchase was not so great, but not Fast Growing Trees fault. The delivery company held my trees for a few days longer than they were supposed to. They also stood the box upright when the package clearly stated no to. Needless to say, the trees were damaged and distressed by the heat. We planted them immediately and are hoping for the best.

Trees arrived promptly and in excellent condition.

The delivery was on time. However, when I saw my delivery around 2:00pm, two boxes were placed upside-down, leaning against my garage door under the burning afternoon sun. I promptly opened the cases and relieved the 8 hydrangeas from the boxes. They were not in good shape because of the heat. So I left them on my deck and water them in the morning and after sunset everyday. Now they are growing fine in the original pots. I will wait for maybe one more week to plant them in my garden, when it is cooler.

I ordered a 5' to 6" Bloomerang Lilac tree. Initially, I had to make some delivery changes. FGT was totally cooperative to my needs. Tree arrived in virtually perfect condition - well packed and easily extracted. I was pleasantly surprised to the shape and size of the tree. I'm 6' tall and some of the growth (after planting) was beyond my height, while the core growth was dense and well shaped. In the Spring I plan on taking photos and forwarding to FGT. I am beyond satisfied with the total experience with FGT.

Shipped quickly. One branch broken with a few leaves that needed to be removed elsewhere, but otherwise healthy looking. Looking forward to first crop.
