Beautiful tree right out of the box and continues to amaze us with new flowers. Have never seen a mail order tree take to the ground as well as this. Awesome

Tree came quickly, was bigger than expressed, been in the ground 3 weeks now and still holding on to leaves.

Ordered & received Australian pines, as mentioned are fast growing, to block trucks, cars, basketball goal, and trampoline next door. Last week Planted them intermittently and put root rocket under each tree and mulch on top. Think they have already grown some!
So excited my little green Forrest will be a great barrier

Ordered avocado tree, called after 10 days. Was told order was never shipped said they would send another one right away. I canceled the order! 2 days later the tree showed up! You can imagine the shape it was in! All the leaves were either lying in the box, or fell off the next day! Doubt that it will live.

I ordered two of the smallest size Chicago Hardy Figs. They arrived quickly and where in excellent shape.

I love my shopping experience thus far. I have ordered twice now and am super happy with my purchases.

My Red Bud tree arrived quickly and in good shape. It is in the ground and doing well.

One of our trees showed up and died within one day. Still waiting to hear back from you folks on it. Emailed a few days ago and no response.

Trees are in good health. Very easy to plant, trees have already started to grow.

We lost our italian cypress trees in the freeze in Austin this year and wanted to replace with something heartier. We chose the Taylor Juniper trees and ordered from FastGrowingTree.com. Price was great, shipping was fast and the trees looked perfect when they arrived.

The tree I ordered arrived with mostly crumpled dead leaves. Customer service had me send photos then told me to water and wait 3-4 weeks. There is no improvement after 1.5 weeks and I don't see how dead leaves are going to turn green again. I want my money back, the tree looks terrible.

This is my favorite company. I trust everything I am going to get from them is above my expectations. They have excellent costumer service and good proces.

I purchased 5 aborvites all planted and growing, in the spring i ordered a cherry tree and a wisteria tree they were tiny now they are getting full and i am very happy ty

Tree and four shrubs arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I planted them the same day, and after several weeks, they are looking great.

Arrived weeks after ordering and the trees were dead on arrival

I purchased an olive tree from Fast Growing Trees. The tree came on time and was packaged very well. Unfortunately, almost immediately after planting our tree most of the leaves fell off. I'm hoping the tree is just shocked but nonetheless, I reached out to customer service and never heard back! Total crickets on their end.

I bought two apple trees of the same variety. One came with about 10 leaves on it. The second or came with 100+ leaves full and vibrant. The contrast was quite startk. Hope they both do well

Hello,
We received order #******* today, Oct 4,2021. Unfortunately, three of the four plants are visibly diseased with yellow leaves with black spots. The one plant not exhibiting yellow and black leaves of today, is probably diseased and damaged as. We don't want to spread this disease from these plants to other roses in our garden.

Please advise how we go about returning and receiving refunds for the diseased knock-out rose plants?
