I am so disappointed that he hydrangeas I ordered and waited and waited for haven't come in and the customer service rep I spoke to could not tell me if they would ever come in. I didn't mind waiting for them, since it has remained hot here in CA but to finally be told on one of my periodic check ins that may never come in was very disappointing. If I hadn't asked would anyone ever have told me I was never going to get these?
But I want to be clear that the customer service representative herself was very helpful as I asked her to dig deeper for answers and she was very prompt and courteous about offering a refund when the situation became clear.

Everything is too expensive but they have stuff others don't have. They don't really stand by their products unless you pay extra - virtually no other tree company does that. Larger barefoot trees are consistently over-trimmed root-wise and it's iffy if they'll grow (four(!) apricots did not for me).

Our old oak tree died so I needed a replacement fast. HD or Other department stores had what I needed. Didn't even know you could order a tree so easily. We did though and are very happy with our tree baby at 6-7 ft tall

I ordered 2 hazelnut trees to be placed in a memorial for my father. The first order got lost and never arrived. They offered to replace and reship. The 2nd never arrived either. It wasted more than a month of my time. The memorial went off without the trees. It was colossally disappointing. After repeated calls, they refused to ship any other way

I ordered the smallest container size for the particular trees that I ordered, and the trees were much larger than I expected. They were packed well, shipped when expected. The experience was quite great, would recommend.

1 plant dead on delivery so i sent an email but got no replies.

I ordered 4 plants (for over $160) - they were shipped in one very long box, and not secured, not separated, or protected inside - as a result 3 out of 4 plants arrived broken and in terrible shape; only 1 plant (raspberry) that was attached to a stick survived the shipping in a decent shape (although small some branches were broken on it as well by the other plants $#*!ting around in the box. I am extremely unsatisfied.

Hi, one of the shrubs arrived with multiple broken stems. There were two shrubs in one box and it seems they bounced around.

2 years ago I purchased 20 arborvitaes. They arrived in great shape. I purchased the 1 ft. Its been a little over 2 yrs and they are almost 5 ft tall. They are all I'm great shape. Most recently I purchased Forrester grasses. They also arrived in great shape and I planted them and so far they are taking hold. I will purchase all my trres, plants at this company going forward. They are great!

Purchased 3 trees.
Upon arrival the plants barely had any leaves. The bag/container was full of dead leaves for each tree.
I immediately took the bag off, watered the trees, put them in adequate sunlight for 1 day. The leaves continued to fall. I purchased tree/shrub fertilizer, and planted each per the outdoor planting directions. Its been over a week with daily watering, and the JAC tree has zero leaves or branches remaining, the POI is doing the best but only has 3 branches with leaves remaining, the CRA-NAT has also lost all of its leaves.

So far so good well see if it blooms and likes its placement in the house

I never heard of this site but reviews were decent. I ordered 3 trees, all came dead, no burlap sac, didn't come the way described by site. I called customer service and they refused to refund me but allowed me to order more with store credit. There next 4 plants came dead or almost dead as well. Horrible description, horrible customer service. Go to a local nursery. Do not shop here for plants. Instead give plants a chance by going to a nursery.

I placed the order that was expected to arrive in five days. It arrived 10 days later in terrible shape. I emailed and the server refused my email because their box was full. I called and their mail box was full there too. They completely ignored me. No customer service whatsoever. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Beautiful tree was delivered quickly. I bought this for my boyfriend, he loves it. I'm so glad I could get such a quality tree for him.

Our 3 blue spruce and 10 rhododendrons arrived earlier than expected. Once planted, they seem to be thriving! Perfectly healthy plants

I ordered a lemon tree, it is growing very fast! Happy with the purchase and will definitely order more!

My tree arrived and looked great. I planted it and it is thriving. I can't wait to see it bloom.
