Two dogwood trees have died after 2 months. Thujas i ordered were very small, not 1-2' as indicated. Only half the thujas survived 2 months.

I paid 700 for rose trees and they arrive completely dead. They want me to plant dead trees and then reply back 4-6 weeks. These flowers were for a funeral and absolutely useless to

I have had great success with fast growing trees! Easy online shopping, quick delivery. I'm able to track shipping, and the trees and plants I've purchased arrive well packaged. I had an incident with my fig trees (the delivery driver did not abide by the instructions to keep the box on its side) but customer service was wonderful and shipped me replacements within the week. Can't say enough great things about fast growing trees. If I had enough space for an orchard, I would buy more.

I ordered four live plants; unfortunately, I am still waiting and have called twice within three weeks. This morning I will be sending a message to my credit card company for a refund and would like to only pay for what I have received. I ordered two Nagami last week, and they were delivered yesterday. Love your site and your trees! The granny Smith tree we got is beautiful, was well packaged and got here quickly. This isn't the first time we got a tree from here and it won't be the last.

I was looking for some elderberry trees. I chose your trees because they are pretty big already. One of the trees even had a few little berries hanging on it. The combination of the two trees together solves the pollination problem. The trees were shipped quickly. I've planted them and protect them at night because of early frost and cold weather here in Montana. Now, I have another reason to look forward to Spring. I'm praying they make it. I never have bought any trees or plants online and I was skeptical to do so. I purchased 3 6'-7' red maple trees and couldn't be more satisfied with the way they came and have been since planting them. Definitely would by from here again!

Ordered 20 trees. The trees themselves were the proper height, as measured from where the trunk enters the root-ball to the tip of the top growth. Some where even slightly taller than 6 feet. However, height aside, the trees were somewhat scrawny Several have brown and dead branches/foilage at the base of the tree, although each seem to have taken to rooting well. Won't know for sure until after the winter growth. Although 20 trees were originally ordered, only 19 where shipped. However, the missing tree was sent without any hassle, for which I was grateful. Customer service as in regards to the missing tree was polite, prompt, and very helpful. I also ordered 20 packages of root-rocket. The invoice included in the shipment showed that the root-rocket was shipped, however, none was actually included with the order. It took a couple of calls to customer service to finally get the amount refunded to my credit card, which was a little frustrating.

I was able to find what I needed and chat with a live person when I had a question. Easy check out. Then, when the arrival of the plants was delayed (not their fault) I was able to contact them again and got the information I needed.

The trees come packed very well and despite the fact that the carrier is smashing boxes, the trees have arrived intact. They are big and healthy. I've purchased the same variety of tree from another online nursery and received a small little twig in a 5-inch pot for the same price that FGT charges for a 2-to-3-foot tree in a large pot. The quality is unmatched in my experience. Out of the dozens of trees I've gotten from FGT, I have had a couple trees not make it or didn't survive the whopper-chopper of careless lawn maintenance and FGT replaced them promptly. I couldn't ask for better customer service in this modern time of companies not caring about service at all. FGT is now my go-to for trees.

I have made 2 purchases from you and was totally impressed by the packing and shipping of my tree and shrub. The cardboard boxes were sturdy and firm, the tree/schrub ball were bagged and secured. The soil was moist.
Both plant's are thriving.

Ordering and delivery were ok. When the 6 foot tree arrived it was in a 12 inch diameter pot. We planted it immediately planted it and used the root rocket fertilizer. I cannot be either satisfied or disappointed until I see if the tree lives. We are taking very good care to keep it watered. Jury is still out.

I've ordered plants online before, so I have a good reference point and fair expectation of what a mail order plant looks like. Upon arrival, every leaf on the Hawaiian Ti tree had tears/ lacerations on it but looks relatively salvageable. The peace Lily was something else. I received an older plant. The flower itself was dead and blackened. The leaves were ripped and torn. It looked like it was left out to fend for itself for a long while. I gave this feedback to the company, and they told me this is normal for a plant in a box. If this were true, I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering plants by mail. However, there are other plant farm companies out there (through personal experience) who have shown way more love to their plants from its farm to its new home.
