I purchased a Ruby Red Grapefruit Tree, a Pink Variegated Lemon Bush and a Key Lime Bush in September and another Ruby Red Grapefruit Tree, a Pink Variegated Lemon Tree and a Key Lime Tree in October, all 6 arrived healthy and are showing new growth already. I was a little nervous about transplanting the first 3 but they showed no signs of shock at all.
I will be purchasing the Avocado Pollinator Pack in January and the Mango Kit in February and who knows what else beyond that!

Easy to select what I wanted from the website, arrived carefully packed with clear instructions. The trees are very happy in their new location.

Trees arrived in good shape and ready for planting.

Fast delivery, great shaped 3-4 foot Cherokee Brave Dogwood. The downside was that it arrived with the half the soil spilled out of the pot and dry as a bone. The leaves were wilted. I immediately replaced the spilt soil and watered thoroughly. Next day the leaves perked up a bit and a couple of days later I planted it. It looks like it will survive.

Trees arrived four days after scheduled and were in major shipping distress.

Our tree arrived is pretty good shape, but the Ruby Ficus plant took a beating from being put in the same box as a tree, not a good idea.

Unfortunately, our experience with fast growing trees was not what we had expected or hoped for. We ordered a blood good Japanese maple. When we took it out of the box, it couldn't stand up on its own. This cost $260 as we opted to get the larger tree in in hopes that it would be a more mature tree for the additional costs. To our disappointment, this wasn't the case. The tree could barely be held up straight and the company we had installing our items felt that the tree would not survive if we did have them plant it. This delayed our landscapers as we then had to go find another tree. Unfortunately, when we contact fast growing trees, we got no assistance. The person we were connected with refused to admit anything was wrong with the tree, even after we sent photos, then tried to refuse a return, then flat out lied about the return policy for the company. Only then when we pointed out she was being dishonest with what was stated directly on the company website did she refund us our money. We had a very poor experience with this company and we had hoped for better.

Received the crepe myrtle in the early fall, it looked like the description of a fall plant, brown leafs and going dormant. Planted it and it's sprung to life in four weeks! Leafing out and looks very healthy! Glad to get a jump on the growing season by planting a health plant in the fall.

I ordered a raspberry, avocado, and banana tree. All arrived, well-protected and healthy. Planted immediately and all three continue to thrive!

I first ordered from fast growingtrees.com when a shrub I wanted was too expensive and in bad shape locally. I ordered the shrub from fast growingtrees.com for a quarter of the price in my local nursery and the plants that arrived were in superb condition. They continue to thrive and—you guessed it—grow quickly. Probably four times larger by the end of the season.

First order in very bad shape ( one completely unrecognizable it was so smashed).
When I called to explain this, they were very, very sorry, and kept apologizing to me.
They offered to replace them right away, and they did. WOW, the second shipment was
Completely destroyed. The palm tree was totally broke into 3 parts. I do believe this
Is NOT the fault of Fast Growing Trees, I believe, first of all, they were in the delivery box
Way too long, but when the driver delivered they were thrown up against our home hard enough,
To the point we felt it inside. They clearly need a new delivery service! But again, very nice people
To deal with. If this company was local for me, I would definitely shop there.

The sansieveria I ordered should have been packaged. There were several packaged in a box. Many of the tops were damaged. Since the plants are sword shaped, they needed a lot of grooming.

Plants arrived quickly and in great condition. They were well packaged so they weren't damaged even though the delivery guy blatantly ignored the box instructions to leave it flat and chose to lean it against the side of the house.

The lemon trees arrived in outstanding condition. However. I cannot say the same for the avocado tree. Also, a past purchase of a money tree had such a short braid before the stalks were cut off, several fallen leaves that will not grow back, leaving barren stalks to the leaves at the top. They said a specialist would be in touch... still waiting.
