Your product cost twice as much then at any local nursery, one of the shrubs I got looks sick, broken up and about dead, while second one 3 gallons is smaller then 2 gallons. I have reached out via email 2-3 times with my concern, emailed photos and no one has curtesy to respond yet you advertise how wonderful you and your service is.
The two Climax blueberry bushes I ordered arrived with black and brown leaf spots, and one had a broken limb. I read about leaf spot diseases and discovered they are easily transmitted to other blueberry plants, so I did not want to plant them close to my healthy blueberry bushes. Consequently, the new bushes are still in the pots and are worthless to me.

My original delivery was missing a dogwood I'd ordered, and the two Wisteria vines I'd ordered arrived looking a bit sad... I received two new Wisteria plants, and my dogwood bush, within the following week after speaking with customer service.
The trees that I received are planted and looking good - excited for spring to see new growth!
I purchased several thousands of dollars worth of plants and about 80% of them were fine, and in great shape. The other 20% were mashed by the shipper. Fast Growing Trees were super quick to get replacements to me, so KUDOS on that, but what is the answer here?
Different packaging or a different shipper.
From what I saw, it's the shipper. If the packaging had been cared for as printed on the box, there would be no issue.
Two of my Crape Myrtles arrived looking very tattered. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and sent out replacements. No hassle, just a pleasant email!
I ordered four trees and two blueberry bushes. Packing was exceptional. Two weeks later the pear trees look great and one apple tree looks good. The other apple tree is not looking too good but I know it's the dormant season and only time will tell. Very pleased so far.
My first order was actually delayed through no fault of the company and the two trees I ordered were dry and almost dead by the time I received them. However, I contacted the company and they sent me two new trees straightaway! I actually went ahead and planted the two "dead" ones and one of them is flourishing quite well! I ordered three more trees and was impressed with how quickly they arrived as well. Would recommend to another buyer

I have been looking for a certain type of tree I got an email that it had come in I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very nice the tree was available I made the order shipping was very fast received it in good condition
I ordered 40 boxwood plants. Everyone of the plants looked very healthy. They have been planted for 2 weeks now and doing good. 10/25/2021
I ordered a weeping cherry tree and was disappointed in the tree; I called customer service and they quickly took care of me and sent another tree as a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement tree was in worse shape than the original tree. Very disappointed
