I was surprised how securely the trees were packed.

Received twigs that were in terrible shape and broken.

Got delivery fast and product came intact. Got a tree in-ground and looking forward to watching it grow next spring.

We ordered two trees from this company, a Newport Plum and a Golden Raintree. We are very happy with the Newport Plum - it has a great shape and is a lovely tree. The Golden Raintree was extremely spindly and was pruned back to within an inch of its life - if had just a few leaves at the top and appears to be a rather pathetic tree.

Received my order timely, was missing 1 tree. Called Customer Service and received missing tree in a few days. Very happy with products and service.

I ordered the 3' to 4' (little volunteer) Tulip Poplar on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday, in excellent condition.

Had questions on which blueberry plants to get so called. Person taking call at first told me that you didn't carry high bush. Then when I told him I had seen them on your website he finally found them. Made a recommendation that wasn't a good one for our area. When I asked about a specific variety he proceeded to read me exactly what was on the website.

Simple complaint. My order hasn't shown up... i have had no email update. No communication at all. So... not so satifsfied.

I got my flash fire maple today and all leaves are dead but I was assure that by spring leaves will come back.

Customer service is unreliable! We ordered the Dakota Pinnacle Birch tree 2 months ahead of the delivery and agreed to a specific date, which is the birthday of our lost son. He has severed in the Air Force for 8 years and we wanted to plant that tree on our property. The status was confirmed 1.5 weeks before delivery, but the day before the date, we being told it's not going to happen! It was terrible feelings! We don't know about a quality of products, but customer service is terrible. Never again.

This site has a great collection of interesting plants that tend to be hard to find locally. I've made several purchases here and they ship a good product quickly.

Everything about this company is amazing from ordering, advise and packaging of shrubs and trees. All arrived in beautiful shape!

Great purchase. Purchased a similar tree from a competitor and Fast Growing specimen was far superior. The other vendor only staked the tree to 3 feet and it was all bent. Fas tGrowing was fully staked.

The picture on the website for the item I bought was of a beautiful lemon tree with many branches and leaves. The actual item I got was a twig with no branches and just a few leaves. They should put representative photos on their website of what people are actually buying.

I ordered an orange tree and a pomegranate tree. The orange tree looks great but it's so small that I'll probably have to wait several years to get anything. The pomegranate is NOT doing well. May have to replace it.

Fast shipping and the tree was so healthy! Can't wait to see it grow.
