Very healthy and always strong trees delivered, I had one once arrive dry and dead, a replacement was sent and its healthy and huge now, love shopping with fast growing trees

This is the second time in a row that my experience was below expectations. There will not be a third! FGT needs to train their employees how to use a measuring tape. Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.

Received my tree that was packed well but apparently the delivery people tossed it around and most of the branches arrived broken. I sent a couple photos to FGT and within an hour I received a response that the tree would be replaced. Four days later, I now own a perfectly shipped and received tree even nicer than the damaged one. Thank You for making me a very happy and now definitely loyal customer.

We honestly don't know how it will turn out in the end but we paid $500.00 for 3 6-7 foot Sugar Maple trees. What arrived on Fed-Ex were 3 sticks attached to a dirt ball about the size of a small volleyball. We have planted them according to the instructions and only time will tell how it will turn out.

They looked darn good when they arrived. Can't wait till spring, summer to see the new life in my yard!

When receiving my plants, (ordered 4), only 1 is fine. The other three are broken or crispy leaves.

The tree we ordered arrived in terrible shape (mostly brown and desiccated). We've planted it, but there is very little chance that it will survive.

Super easy and quick delivery. The tree arrived and was 6 feet tall but a bit on the skinny side. No leaves, we followed the directions and planted immediately. We are guess it's dormant due to the season… so we are hoping we have a live tree in the spring.

Plants arrived about on time... maybe a bit early... However, the containers which are labeled as "LAY FLAT"... weren't... no surprise! Why this vendor thinks the all not too smart folks at FedEx would ever adhere to a shipping request, beats me... That said... I bought three rose bushes... two int one container and the other by itself... So, either one or two were shipped container up... AKA upside down... all that said... I've managed to "right" the plants and now three weeks later all is just fine... but... somehow the vendor and its (I DO NOT LIKE. FED EX!) shipper have to get on the same page... could I have gotten these locally? Better condition? At a lower price?... not sure... as such. Pretty satisfied... could have been overwhelmed

Its still too early to say if the tree is going to grow. Tree arrived as advertised. Accessories seem to be overpriced-soil/nutrients. If tree does well, it will be almost worth the cost.

This was an awesome experience. Found the tree we wanted and the size - ordered it sunday and it was planted wednesday!

The silk tree we ordered is only a stick and had a scale on it. We'll see what happens with it in the spring. The crape myrtles arrived half dead, but the plum tree looks pretty good. I won't order from you again since your trees really don't look very healthy.
