I believe the title says a lot about how satisfied I was with my purchase. Overall, a happy customer who is eyeing on his other plant purchases! Thanks y'all!
I want to start by saying the customer service is excellent, in particular Alicia is great.
Overall I am upset with the condition the plants arrive and how they are package. On multiple occasions I made orders of four or more plants and instead of packaging them so that they fit comfortably in the box, all the plants were stuffed in one box each time. On each occasion the plants came with broken limbs and with the leaves all on the box because they became knocked off during transit.
Whenever I was dissatisfied with my broken plants Alicia would replace them no problem. I just never understood why it would get to that point since I complained several times about packaging.
Another complaint I have is plants that are already in dormancy for the year are sent. I wish if the plant is already dormant, that be stated so that when I receive a plant it doesn't look dead. Also, I wouldn't buy a dormant plant to begin with. I don't want to hope the plant wakes up.
The plants that were shipped separately are thriving, so I have hope. I just wish the shipping department didn't try and save a dime by stuffing 6 plants in one box, 3 times, after I complained the first time. It does not make any sense putting plants upside down in a box.
Transaction was very smooth. I would consider using them again.

Easy to place an order and to pay through Amazon. Ordered a Rainbow Eucalyptus Tree that did survive the shipment. We tried to resuscitate it for three weeks without success. Called FGT's Customer Service, and Christopher helped us with a replacement. FGT lives up to their warranty promises!
The tree came almost dead, the packets that came with it had no descriptions so I did not know what to use for roots growth or what they were for

I ordered a banana tree, avacado and snake plant and I am soo happy with them! They are all doing well and came taller than I thought they would be! The snakeplant is awesome the way it stands up at night as if to strike and lays down through the day!
The shipping was fast and the trees arrived in great shape. They are already getting ready to blossom here in central Illinois under grow lights.

The trees arrive freshly trimmed securely fastened and well watered. Covid issues delayed our Bartlet pear tree delivery by 3 days, my wife and I opened the box and were surprised to find tree In excellent condition. Looking forward to my next purchase from FAST GROWING TREES!

The shopping experience was fine. The tree that arrived was so small, I'll be dead and in my grave before I get any enjoyment out of it.

Unfortunately, both plants arrived in bad shape. The top part of the avocado tree was broken and both, the grape and the avocado plants were literally out of their pot.

Just an easy website to navigate and very informative
The Olive Tree I ordered didn't look like the one in the picture, it was far from it. It was "faint", thin stem, very little greenery. If it wasn't for a bamboo stick holding it, it would easily break. It look almost like a twig. The only thing that seemed good was the packaging. But that's not the reason I purchased the plant.

We're so sorry that your plants didn't arrive in great shape! We package them with the intentions of the carrier keeping the box flat as indicated on the box, but this is not always adhered to. We're glad that we were able to make this right and we want to thank you for your feedback!
