I ordered a nectarine and some root starter and it has been 4 WEEKS and it has still not come. I have emailed and called with zero response. I have no idea if my tree is still coming or not. I was charged and have heard nothing else since 4 weeks ago. My parents ordered the same tree and got it within the week. Where mine? I'm getting very frustrated.

Prices are ridiculously high for what you receive Half of items died and the cost to ship the replace the items under the purchased warranty costs more than the item

Order placed on Feb 15 and it said Ship in 2 or 2 days. One month now and no shipping and no news about when it will be shipped.

Your picture of the cypress mop shrub showed a cone shape shrub. It came as a globe type shrub when it was shipped. When i called ur rep they said i would have to shape it that way myself. I think you should have placed that info in your ad that listed the cypress mop so i know exactly what im getting as far as working with this shrub.

Shopping was easy, I quickly found what I needed, and it was in stock.

Very friendly phone help. This apple tree arrived when we were still getting a little light snow but after a week it looks healthy and green. Rainy and cold must be good for a new transplant. Hoping that a few of the blossoms survive this first year.

I did not receive the items I ordered. I received an email notification stating the items were delivered. After realizing we did not receive the items, I looked further into the tracking information and the items were delivered to our nearest fedex location, and not to the shipping location I had entered at the time of ordering. I did not receive a notification stating this, I had to search further into the tracking number. After going to the FexEx location, they stated they did not have the packages and had sent them back to the sender. I called the sender and went throught the automated system to be called back, but did NOT receive a call back. I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

I ordered trees from three different on line sites. Fast growing trees did not offer the availability of sizes in some desired dpecies so I ordered from the other companies. In hindsight I should have just got all the trees from here. They were the fastest shipped out, fastest to arrive, best root balls and after planting as of now after a few weeks they are the healthiest looking trees in the yard and have gone through tougher conditions after planting then the other trees. Very satisfied and am going to order again. Some pricing was better on the other websites for slightly larger trees; not worth it because of the condition and health of tree.

Pros: Great customer service, selection and prices. I purchased the 5-6 ft flamethrower redbud. Initially we were sent a shorter tree (under 5 ft) looked to be dead. Branches were dark brown, no leaves or buds. I called customer service and they immediately sent a replacement which was taller, had a several branches that looked much healthier.

Cons: the tree really is little more than a stick when it arrives. I imagine it will take years to be the size of the small trees you can purchase at Home Depot or a local nursery. That said - this was a variety I wasn't able to find locally,

Finally: other mail order shops were selling smaller/shorter versions for the same price - so all in all I think this was the best price and product.

Purchased four trees and even with a FedEx issue they got here in great shape and are doing well.

I'm still waiting for a shipping confirmation and for my trees to arrive and I bought them weeks ago. It would be nice to know when I can plan to expect them instead of waiting like this.
