I ordered a fiddly fig tree. Compared to local nurseries, it was more expensive but I had heard good things about this company and had a gift card so I moved forward with them. Tree arrived dead and I took photos and contacted support. They said to give it two weeks to see if it comes back. I took it to a local nursery and they confirmed it was dead and said it looked like the root ball had been frozen at some point.

The poplar trees arrived in good condition. It was easy to order online. They arrived within 2 weeks. The trees are doing well; except for 1 tree doesn't have leaves yet; it doesn't show signs of growth. Other than that very satisfied with the purchase.

Expensive, not sure if they will ever grow. Defiantly not worth the money.

The searching for trees and buying process was easy and good. The website was easy to navigate through and having categories of trees was helpful as well the map and additional details of the tree helped in the decision process. The trees arrived well and are growing well. I bought two different kind of maple trees to grow indoor. The company also did well providing emails after the purchase in helping you be prepared with the trees. Of course the pics online make the tree look more colorful than the real ones but nonetheless the trees are naturally beautiful.

I expected that due to the location of this company and receiving trees from the South Carolina nursery that's where all of my trees would be coming from unless they were from local nurseries in the south east closer to my location I was very disappointed to find out that about half of my trees were actually shipped from California which is not only frustrating because it is misleading to me that a company in South Carolina is shipping trees from California back to the southeast. But also that I was not told this may be the case because I would not have purchased these trees had I known they were coming from the southwest the climate and environment are extremely different even though they're in the same zone these trees may have severe shock or problems not to mention the ridiculous Ness of shipping across the Country when I could have gotten them locally at a nursery in South Carolina or Georgia. If people in the southwest want to purchase trees from the southwest then it is reasonable to send trees from various nurseries in that region. If I however am buying trees expecting them to be from the south east so that I know they have already been acclimated to this region while growing. I am disappointed it appears as though the company is making some poor choices. I just hope my trees do not fail to thrive that are from the Southwest because I am investing a great deal into these trees and doing everything I can to grow them organically and create a long term are investment into my property.

I haven't received my trees. Can you give me an expected ship date, please.

We first ordered trees as a birthday gift for our son. He was pleased with his order, so we decided to order trees for ourselves. We can not easily get the apricot trees that we wanted from our local nursery. FastGrowingTrees sent us very nice trees. These were more mature than "sticks" that we have received from other mail orders. We will order from you again.

The plants arrived well packaged and in healthy picture perfect condition. I am always leery of paying my hard earned money for products online but I am very satisfied with my purchases and will certainly do business with this company again.

It is hard to find both bushes that I ordered. I was so excited that FastGrowing Trees had them but also how affordable they were. When they arrived, I was a little worried about the plants being shipped, but they were packaged perfectly and all four bushes were in perfect condition when they arrived. I've been extremely happy with all the trees and shrubs I've gotten. Unfortunately, certain trees won't get shipped to Oregon So adding something to my cart and it isn't until I go to checkout that I find out it won't be delivered here.

Nice selection and information, got my tree with root ball in a biodegradable burlap wrap. Took it out of the box and put it in the hole burlap and all. Fast shipping got it in 3 or 4 days from east coast to west coast.
