Ordering was easy, lots of unique plants, plants arrived as expected. Plants are doing good so far.
We received our tree and bush in a timely manner and the quality was very good. We will definitely buy more from Fast Growing Trees.
Delivery time as promised. Tree seems healthy so far. Additional items not as ordered but rectified quickly without need for returns so no hassle for me.
Order was correct as to type and size, good quality. But it was shipped 3 weeks earlier than what I was told so I was not prepared. I like to get them in the ground same day if possible to minimize shipping stress. I guess it will be ok but I was a little annoyed that they didn't do what they said

I ordered hydrangeas, azalea, and begonia. My shipment arrived with the Hydrangeas in terrible shape. The azalea and begonia were not packed properly, so when I got the shipment they were on top of the hydrangeas. I called customer service, sent pictures and was told the plants were just fine. For the price I paid I could have purchased more plants elsewhere. I was extremely disappointed on how customer service rudely told me everything was OK.
Shipping was fast, trees arrived in great shape. Bloomed within 3 weeks, absolutely beautiful healthy trees!
Ordered plants with the expectation that they would ship in 1-2 days. They didn't. Then discovered on the site that they had updated the expected delivery to a month later. I didn't get any notification that this had changed. Tried to cancel the order and finally 3 emails later, the order was cancelled. This is the second time we tried to order from here and it was the last.

I ordered a banana tree and an avocado. The banana tree arrived and is in good condition. The avocado tree will not be shipped until May. I was not advised of this delay at check out. My credit card has been charged for tree, insurance and shipping. This does not seem fair to consumer.
If you have local nursery gardens buy there. The tree I purchased from Fast Growing Trees was not close to the quality of those bought at my local garden center. I'm still hoping it shows signes of life. A signle twig of a Mimosa. You can de better, NOTE: Customer service was GREAT!
Ordered 4 "Full Speed A Hedge" arborvitae, supposed to be 2-3' tall. Technically they are that tall but only one branch is, rest of plant is less than 2'. Biggest issue is that most of the plants are brown. Waiting to see if they actually survive.

Always an easy purchase with fast growing trees. Cinnamon tree arrived as described and is now flourishing in our living room.
I have bought a few plants and flowers from this site. So far, all my plants are doing well and thriving. My orders always arrive on time and well packed.
Have not heard or see any of my trees yet don't know what happened to them?

I purchased a Contender peach tree last spring and after following all the planting instructions to the tee, one branch developed a huge "decaying " area about 2" long. After several discussions with the company I told them I received a defective tree and wanted to activate the insurance I purchased.
So I order 3 different shrubs to be delivered to central WI in mid May. Guess what, I received them 3 days later in mid March. Now I have to baby sit these blossomed shrubs for 2 months.
Bottom line is there products are extremely expensive and the company isn't reliable.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
Fast shipping and quality looked nice we picked one to plant for my daughter in law in memory of her grand mothers
