Have not received yet. A bit concerned as to why do long. I know my card was charged.

Had only planned on buying two trees however, ended up buying eight. Ordering was easy, notifications were informative and relevant, packaging protected the trees well, and most important the trees were healthy and good quality.

I received 3 banana plants with all leaves damaged. One of the banana plant started getting new leaves. The other two never got nee shoots. I am still hoping to see if the leaves would show up, but after every day pass by I am loosing hope

Well my first purchase was not a good one. I had bought three (3) trees and only one lived. But decided to try again and bought two (2) this round for my father in law. But I got smart and added the year protection on these, and so far so good.

Customer service was excellent! I can't remember her name exactly but she was a joy to talk to and actually made my day better. Trees all look healthy and as advertised, hopefully they'll take root and grow quickly.

I was a little upset receiving plant, looked dead but I planted it anyway all the way thru fall it never sprouted but amazingly this spring it took off very healthy and fast growing

I am very pleased with the bushes that I ordered. They came in already blooming. Within a week we had them thriving and berries are already forming. I wasn't expecting berries until next season but surprise.

Ordered an avocado and lemon tree. The avocado tree is ok but the lemon tree is less sad. It's a 3 foot tree with no leave except at the very bottom. I called and spoke with a lady who said when it got acclimated to to this area it would start to sprout. Can only hope

I ordered 2 of the same plants and one is an acceptable size for the money, the other is half the size it should be. They are container plants. They need to match/coordinate. I paid a premium price and bought the one year of insurance in order to have mature plants delivered. When I called Customer Service, after an inane texting chat with their helpline in which she texted that plants are like humans and grow at different rates,(I didn't buy seeds. A human chose 2 plants off a shelf to put in 1 box and didn't have the decency or forethought to care enough to choose 2 that are similar.) I was told that in years to come they would grow enough so that I could then trim the larger one back to the size of the smaller one. Really? In years to come I could be happy with them? And... they are dwarf Gardinias. Dwarf plants, by definition DO NOT GROW FAST OR LARGE. I have bought other plants and trees from them last year and thought that the premium price I paid was worth it, but after this experience I can no longer trust this business.

Go to a nursery. Save 75% and get bigger healthier plants.

Dissatisfied with the cherry I received. At least they replaced the bamboo tree. Right now it's also thriving.
