I planted the trees as directed but they appear to be struggling. Can you send me a list of companion plants and fungi that have a symbiotic relationship with these trees and perhaps where I could purchase such helpful neighbors for my trees?

This is the place where my family and I go to have certain trees that we can't find in Greenville delivered to our home. Whether we are online or talking to a customer service person, we are totally satisfied. Thank you so much for everything.

I ordered 71 trees, the 6-7 foot Kwanzan cherry was packaged nicely and arrived in good condition although it had been topped and I wasn't very happy about it. The 70 green giants were in 10 pack boxes, 4 banded together with the up side facing different directions and 3 banded together arrows all up, they all looked like they had been flipped and tossed quite a bit but very minimal damage to the plants themselves, there was 1 that had been stapled between the cardboard retainer and box wall, it is one I'm probably going to plant bag and hold off putting in ground to see if it lives as there are dead spots on the new growth tops. The 10 packs really should have been configured differently to keep them all as upright and contained as possible since they were all well under 2ft tall. I'm sure they will all survive and plant out well to be beautiful trees but they took a lot of abuse getting here being laid down shook up.

The tree arrived clearly damaged by leaf cutter infestation. Every leaf was sliced and/or blemished with it. The tree itself was a tall single very crooked trunk that is likely to never look right or correct itself. It has a jagged turn near the base. For $200 plus, it was disappointing. Even worse, I called customer service, sent many affirming photos and got an idiotic email back telling me to scratch the trunk to determine if the tree was dead. I think the responder didn't read my complaint or look at the photos. I will be headed to Trust Pilot to post a more detailed review. These people need to get a customer service in place and shouldn't be sending out unhealthy, damaged trees.

Ordered four trees the Fuji apple and honey crisp apple were damaged

As I was doing my daily walk on my street, I watched The FedEx Driver literally dropped my tree on the ground. Being an amateur Botanist, I became immediately concerned and opened the box immediately. As I suspected, the root ball was totally destroyed. I reached out to Fast Growing Trees including a photo of the root ball, and they immediately followed-up with me and shipped me a replacement. I have been a senior level executive for several major global corporations over a 42 year career and I can tell you the Customer Service from Fast Growing Trees is extraordinary. The other thing I would note is the quality of their products is unsurpassed. I am half Japanese and very familiar with Sakura Trees and actually worked/lived in Tokyo Japan for several years Congrats Fast Growing Trees for providing a high quality product.

Each time I talk to the customer services representatives they are very helpful and understanding. Always explain things thoroughly and send exactly what I order.

My witch hazel arrived in reasonable time and in good health. Its been planted for about 2 weeks and thriving. It's growing leaves already. I'm very happy with it and I can't wait to see it turn orange in the fall and yellow in the winter.

Had issues with a couple items. They were replaced quickly and for no charge. Definitely stand behind what they sell!

Received dirt everywhere blueberry bush with freeze burn, strawberry plant with two leaves which one was dying. Not sure on banana tree yet, it had a hell of a ride. No pics it was a gift I sent soooo. Don't bother them!
