The trees that showed up looked fabulous from the graft point up. They were sturdy, well branched and to my surprise full of leaves already fully developed. The root balls were small and with little hair root remaining though, and they showed up during a mid April snow storm here in Southern Wisconsin, which is not all that uncommon. I have planted plenty of bare rot trees this time of year, and containerized a little later, but these were kind of a cross, fresh dug from field in SC is my thought and I am worried they will not due well with the sudden transition to our local northern climate here. I will post again after that answer is known, and possibly report on the smoothness of the warranty claim process as well. Wish us all good fortune.

I purchased 7 plants and all arrived quickly, were of good size, and in very health condition. A planted them two weeks ago and they are doing well.

I received trees that are half dead, I am very disappointed that I don't even know how to revive them.

I received my tree very quickly. However, there was zero leaves or evidence of upcoming growth. The tree was planted immediately upon its arrival. There is still zero leaves or budding. It hasn't changed in over 3 weeks.

I had issues(many with my order) but the representatives were super helpful and friendly and took care of all my issues!

Everything arrived fast, one of my plant arrived damaged, I called CS, they sent me a new one right away… absolutely recommend it

The "tree" that we received was extremely small. For the cost, I would never purchase from this site again.

I Just Wanted to Let You Know That I planted The Rose Tree And 2 Weeks Later Its Beautiful And Full Buds And Bloom, I Am Planning On Purchasing A Couple More Rose Trees, I Only Water The Tree Twice A Week With Well Water Not The Water From My Spicket It Has Too Much Alkaline, I Received The Box And It Was In Perfect Condition And On Time, Thank You, Louie Robaina

Bought 5 trees from them look nothing like the hundreds of blue spruce I have. Planted like normal watered them within a week they all died.

FGT quickly replaced my dead rose trees that seemed to have been in shock. The new trees are gorgeous and thriving.

Received puny and sickly-looking plants. The plumeria was wiled. The strawberry basket was all over the place since it was not packaged appropriately.

Was very pleased with the nice sized & healthy plants I received. Also super ship time with excellent packaging.

Spruce trees had very immature growth on the lower 2/3 of the tree. Very top heavy like they received light only from the top. Maybe overcrowded nursery
