Not happy with plants that I bought, mostly they were not healthy nor growing as they are suppose to, just fulfill in an orther what ever you have

My fig trees arrived quickly and very securely packaged. They were very sturdy, healthy trees with strong, but not bound root systems. I planted them the day after they arrived and after about 3 weeks, they have already started to fill out and grown several inches. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Ordering was relatively easy. I was able to get some extra information by chatting with them before the sale.

A couple of my plants were smashed and damaged when I took them out of the box, but it looks like they may make recoveries from the shipping.

All seem to be doing fairly well in their new home.

We received our tree quickly and it looks great. Looking forward to getting it planted outside once the weather is consistently above freezing.

I am very pleased with the two apple trees I received. They were well rooted and arrived healthy. Starting to show new growth.

Got trees in 4" pots & with roots were 1'-18" tall, took forever to ship & trees are tiny for the price your better off to go to your local store & buy them.

Our first 3 Crepe myrtles came in great shape, so ordered 4 more! Hope the next shipment comes as quick and great shape!

We received wonderful plants! Some came damaged because of Fed Ex, but we're immediately replaced! Love them!

I ordered a lychee tree and waited for like 2 wks and only to know that the tree i ordered was not available. The problem is, this company don't even bother to notify me! It's just ridiculous customer service.
- just be aware before ordering make sure to ask if the plant is available or else you will end up waiting for nothing!

The plants arrive in a relatively short period of time and in excellent condition. I hope they will grow fast and as expected.

Ordered 4 lombardy poplars. Trees arrived pretty quickly and in great shape. Planted right away according to the instructions. Then had a frost. Nothing in the instructions about not planting before last frost date. Trees appear to be dead. Will give them a little more time, but don't have a lot of hope. Again trees are great, may need to hold off shipping until after last frost.

Our trees were hung out in the Fed-Ex hub for two weeks. I contacted Fast Growing Trees and they let me know that they would get on it and would contact Fed-Ex to light a fire, but they also went ahead and sent replacement trees right out! They stayed in touch during the process by phone and email to make sure that our second delivery made it in the proper timeframe! Thank you, Fast Growing Trees!

Our trees were not 6-7 Ft more like 3, they weee attaches to a piece of pvc to keep it straight and the pvc was wider then the base of my tree)and it was a small piece of pvc). I called And customer service was horrible! They said if I wanted To return them I had To pay return fee on my own and then a 25% restocking fee. NEVER EVER agin! Stay far away! I went to a local nursery and could have gotten a beautiful mature 6-7 foot tree for the same price!
