Great selection - prices comparable or better than other sites. I liked that the trees look like trees and not sticks! Had some damage to one tree and it was replaced with minimal hassle-arrived quickly.

Had several plants that service a few weeks then slowly turn brown and die even with good care.
It's not been unpleasant but the first Honeycrisp tree doesn't appear to be gonna survive and the limelight hydrangeas is thriving but not an attractive trunk at all. The hydrangeas is at least producing.
Initial plants did not survive, but thus far, one of the replacement plants appears to be in better condition than the first time around. Shipping is slow and I still have not received one tree from the initial order from 3 months ago, which has been delayed twice.
Some, not all poor product. Customer service very difficult. All in all, disappointing experience.
Spent almost $200 for half to die, then had to pay additional shipping costs for replacements. AI bot kept repeating itself & couldn't understand request. Customer service rep asked for a picture of one plant, then after it was sent and I explained that was how they ALL looked they Asked me to go out again and take pictures of each one. Having to pay again when half the order died is ridiculous on top of being sent out twice for pictures to confirm what I'm saying.
Plants I. Good condition and easy to get started in garden
Last October I ordered 10 plum trees for the farm. Five of which are Methly. One of the Methly has completely died and others are struggling. The other five are thriving. All on same water line, all getting same care. I'm happy that the warranty was honored on the one tree and it's on its way. Customer service is great. Probably won't order Methly plums again though.
Working with their customer service has been great.
Several trees arrived dried out and dead. Tried to reorder but never successful.
Returning customer……plants ordered previously are still here and growing strong!
I have gotten trees from this site quite a few times when I lived in Michigan and was very pleased with the products every time. We will see how the Texas climate does!
Best to plant in spring, no secret there. Two smaller plants didnt have enough time, larger plants struggled, but excellent pruning tips from customer service helped save them. All thriving now.
Given a credit after 2 Sky Pencils died over the winter. And able to replace them with similar height plants. Delighted.
My rose bushes are thriving! Really the only issue was only shipper related. The box was all beat up and the "this end up" was ignored, by the messy contents, it had been ignored likely many times. The cherry tree is struggling, but they are sending a replacement. I will continue to order from FGT for sure.
Lots of variety however, shipping could be better. The packing and packaging of the plants could be improved. I was not happy with my first order but I am ordering again to see if FGT can redeem themselves.
FGT made good on the Warranty and provided important information regarding future pllanting. Chat staff was very pleasent and helpful
Had two trees die but got replaced and they are doing fine. Customer service is the best.
