Great customer service and I love the variety of plants they have

The plants/trees I bought did fairly well. I did loose 2 trees I bought. But all my plants have arrived in great condition. I'm sure loosing my 2 trees were operator error..

Anything I have ordered has grown and continues to be healthy

I've ordered several plants in the past from this company. If the plant was advertised to be fast growing, it lived up to the claim. All my plant purchases are thriving in my garden. Money well spent.

This is the 1st time I ever purchased several plants online and I have been so impressed and amazed how great the products and how responsinve the staff when you call or via email to give guidance or assist me with my concerns. They also have the best quality product that you will be impressed when purchasing from them.

I've bought 6 trees from them and they all are doing well. 2 apple, 2 pear, 2 peach. The one of the peach trees had peaches last year, but none this year. None of the others have fruit after 3 years but they are growing very good.

I've saved alot on my purchases! Even without the discounts, their prices are lower than all the local sources with much greater selection. None of the local sources give any guatentee, but they give a free 1 year guarentee. I got the 3 year guarentee with this purchas because 1 of the maple trees I bought 2 years ago died after the 2nd winter.

Most of the time everything is great but recently trees where damaged and grafts completly broken off.

I ordered indoor tree 1 year ago and its doing great. Very happy with the purchase so far.

Shipping and arrival were fine; the smaller-sized tree did not survive the winter. Need a larger, stronger variety.

Good except the tree that was like the top was cut out

Forced to purchase due to the terrible refund policy… customer service said my tree that died immediately when it arrived wasn't available to replace (it was, I could buy it today), so giving me a "credit" that works by taking off the highest sale price prior to what they advertise (20/25/30 off), so only getting like $5 off instead of the "save20" price. What a scam. Then they were gonna charge me $30 for shipping for just one tree that is cheaper than the one I WANTED REPLACED, AND WAS CHEAPER THAN THE CREDIT. So I bought extra to get free shipping of things I need anyway. But prob will buy way less from you now because of the poor customer service and scammy way you do the replacement policy and credit codes. I am infuriated I bought 2 year policies many times this year, too-obviously it's worthless. I had a strawberry plant die too already but it's not even worth the hassle of replacing because they'll charge me more to replace it is worth! Spent thousands with them this year, unfortunately. Shop elsewhere.

Previously ordered a tree that had a long lead-time, associate said I could not order another with a quicker delivery in it's place.

I am Always satisfied with the quality, beauty and packaging of my plants! I highly recommend this company.

They really seem to care about what they send! And if you have trouble, 5 they are right there to help! I've recommended this company to many friends and family.

It happen to ship the week it was hot the tree arrived everything leafs devolping rootrot and falling off…

Fast, informative and a very positive experience with an excellent selection. They do like to send a lot of emails though.
