Service fast and plants packed securely in packaging. Free Strawberry plant "gift" in poor quality and lacking healthy roots died within three days. So much for the pretend "gift".

Great experience, easy shopping. Packaged well. Arrived in good condition. Planted. And just looking forward to a tree that's grows like the specifications!

Ordered the lemon and lime citrus tree about a month ago. It arrived well packed and in good condition. So far it's doing well with lots of new healthy green leaves. I also ordered the Citrus Care Fertilizer Kit, which we have been using.

I've bought citrus trees from fast growing trees before and have been very happy with them. My Meyer lemon tree had died over the winter, so I ordered a replacement for it. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The tree I received, while healthy was so small and nothing to what I purchased prior. The part that upsets me the most is I went to fast growing trees because I was so pleased with prior purchases, I would not have made this purchase if I knew what I would be getting!

I recently purchased two planets, Monstera Adansonii and Monstera Deliciosa (Swiss Cheese Plant). They both arrived in a pretty rough shape due to carrier handling. Monstera Adansonii was in the worst condition, it was covered in soil, roots were pulled out of the soil, nursey pot was smashed and bent, most leaves were yellow and some dead. I did reach out to customer service Micheal FGT Plant Experts and he did sent a replacement. I thought that the Monstera Adansonii was the swiss cheese, because it looks more like a swiss cheese plant. They both are Monstera, so I was confused. I had also attached multiple photos of the damaged plant Monstera Adansonii and assumed I would receive the same plant sadly not. I decided not to reach out, because it was kind of my fault stating the wrong product name.

Tree was received in great shape no damage and very easy to plant and good instructions with it.

I purchased 2 mock orange and 2 lilac bushes when they were on sale for buy one get one free. I was not expecting much. Usually when plants are marked down that's because they are dead or dying. The plants were very much alive and they were beautiful. I have them planted in my back yard and they are thriving.

I've placed two orders from FastGrowingTrees.com. I found this site while searching for specific Gardenia and Azalea varieties. The plants arrived quickly and were in great condition. I've planted 11 plants and two trees from FastGrowingTrees.com. I'm excited to see these plants and trees grow and fill in my garden space!

They were delivered great but got them planted and now aren't looking to good home they make it

My trees got lost during shipping and were a few days later the the expected date. The ginkgo tree was fine but the crab apple was badly damaged and is now dead.

Fantastic, the plants were beautiful when they arrived. I was very impressed with the way they were packaged. Even though they were delivered upside down the plants were not harmed. I was not able to plant them for a week I kept them in the laundry sink kept them moist. They are now planted and growing beautifully.

Trees arrived in great shape, planted a day later and they are doing great, even had to replant 2 of the 4 for better placement. All doing great.
