I have bought five trees and only one did not survive, however after making sure it would not recuperate I contacted customer service via the chat available on the website and they sent me another one for just the cost of shipping. Only took me about 5 minutes and they did not give me any hassle. The other four trees are doing amazing and I am definitely going to buy more.

I received my order in a timely manner. It was in good shape when it arrived, as it was well packed. I found one tree labeled incorrectly, as in, had label for what I ordered, but was not the correct tree. I contacted company representative. After sending photos and multiple explanations, I got the issue across. They proceeded to send the correct item which I received inside a week. This is what good customer relations is all about. I got some Trees and they came beautifully wrapped. The hydrangea is looking rough but I think that is more to how hot it was for the past couple of days and travel.

We recently purchased 2 trees and some ornamental grass. The products came to us well-packaged. We planted them and they have done wonderfully!

Received a dead tree and have been trying to resolve with your customer service for a few weeks now with no success

The trees look great when I receive them. And, on the off chance they don't do well when planted, the 1 yr warranty is SO GREAT to have!

I ordered 2 little lime Hydrangea Trees. They were both not in great shape when they arrived and small and we planted them right away. I have already received one replacement which has also been planted right away and so far so good. The other original one is not looking so good as leaves are turning brown and falling off and I am not seeing much new growth. I did by the warranty on both and am still within the 30 day window. Last Saturday I sent pictures of both trees and one was replaced this week, and was told I had to wait on the other. What else can I do to help the original one thrive? Since I bought the trees I have called every week and everyone has been very helpful. I really want these trees to work so who can help me?

Some of the plants I received already had leaves turning brown and the roots were separating from the potting soil, seemed they had become excessively dry or overheated during shipping. It looks like the mulberry bush isn't going to recover. The other plants I ordered look like they are recovering (Blueberry, blackberry & Red Maple)

Plants reached on time and excellent customer support. Good website. Only problem is you have buy $120 pls then you will get free shipping

Tree was very wilted and dying when I received it. Never recovered and over the coarse of a week was dead.

Having trees delivered was convenient. They seem healthy and are doing fine after planting, but I have found similar trees at quite a bit lower prices at the large stores like Lowes and Home Depot. I have to travel to reach these stores but will be where I go in future.
