I ordered a variety of fruit trees. All were delivered in great condition and have done well adjusting to our climate/their new home. They didn't lose any leaves or show signs of distress. Very pleased with the trees so far!
The picture above is the maple tree I purchased from them. Really? I was charged $99 for a stick. At our Home Depot down the road, they have a 8ft red maple that is about 3 ft wide with multiple branches and full of leaves for $79!
All of these trees we received are just sticks with a few branches and leaves. These would be the $39 trees at any other store. It will take at least 2 years for these plants to equal the size of the plants at Home Depot.
The issue is that their website says that they offer "our unique varieties and mature sizes". MATURE sizes, but they are not mature in the least. They even show pictures of mature plants on their website and say they are "plants in their new homes". It reeks of false adverstizing.
And if you think you can just return them, nope. They charge you a 25% restocking fee and you have to pay shipping. So that is equal or more than the tree costs! This is a waste of money and people should not buy thru them.
My dogwood tree arrived in perfect condition. Took a few days to plant because I needed to clear the spot. It's now happily growing near my heart
Everything went well. I bought 4 trees and all but one is doing well. One of the cherry trees has died? No green anywhere on it? Came out of the box with two green leaves but they died after i planted it. All of the other trees are doing well. I hope this one cones back but its not looking good so far?

The staff I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The tree arrived quickly on the date requested; was well packaged and in perfect condition.

Got five trees total (3 four apple and 2 two apple) all arrived in great shape and were easy to plant. All but one are still looking great and hoping the other one will come back.
I ordered three bushes. One came totally damaged as the packaging was horrific and one came totally dormant. When I called, I was asked to provide photos, etc. Which I did. The company refused to issue me a new bush and only finally did after I said I would dispute the charge. I am a big gardener and was excited for my bushes- and would have purchased many more items- but did not as I was so aggravated by the customer care.
We're so sorry to hear how your one of your bushes arrived! Shipping stress can cause plants to wilt and even drop leaves but typically make a full recovery! Being that we are plant people, we always like to ask our customers to give the plants a chance and not to give up on them too early. We're glad we were ultimately able to hlep!
Hi my experience was from 10 Trees 5 of them came half dead which they were replaced right away and im hoping they will make it because the other 5 started to turn yellow.

Initial tree just ordered was received infested with insects upon opening. Customer service arranged a replacement which arrived clean. I had purchased insurance but it was also within the 30 day guarantee. The tree was a gift so it was embarrassing having it be infested when they opened it. Customer service was very responsive to correct this problem.
Fast growing trees is the only company that I buy my plants they have beautiful plants they are packs very well arrive in excellent condition thank you I'am getting ready to place more orders very soon.
The crape myrtles I ordered were good sized and healthy. The black-eyed susans were a joke. 40 bucks for a clump of leaves. Said it was a gallon but looked more like a quart pot.
Easy to navigate site. I did follow up on a tree guarantee. Customer service couldn't have been better. I used my credit to order two new trees.
They came well packaged trees were in great condition. Planted them with no issues and are doing very well can't wait for them to grow to a mature height.
They were prompt to help me replace both trees that died. Received 2 new trees and both are currently doing well.
The height of 24 trees I ordered is not 6 to 7 feet because they became unavailable. Then we agreed on 5-6 feet and they again became unavailable. So at the end I had to settle to 4-5 feet height. Each cost $139.00 plus shipping. A well known local nursury sold me additional 5 4-5 feet italian cypresses for $44.00 each. I think this is a fraud.

The trees came as promised, and they were planted. I'm just waiting to see what next year will b like with my new blossoming trees.
First tree arrived damaged, I called them and they requested pictures. I sent pics immediately and received a new tree in two days. Great service!

Keep in mind that they sell their products at a wholesale price where we are a direct nursery where we breed our trees from grafting techniques and take the time to care and grow these trees right when you order and we pack and ship them to you so unfortunately we are not able to compete with the big box stores. We're glad that our customer care team was ultimately able to assist in making this right!
