Ordered fruit cocktail tree, was assured it would arrive in about two work days. When it didn't arrive after about ten days was told no ETA was available. My credit card refund was made without a problem but I was frustrated about lost time.

I ordered 3 junior thuja trees, and the arrived within days from ordering them. They were very well packed, and very healthy. I am planting them this weekend, and I look forward to watching them fill out and grow.

I purchased a monkey puzzle tree and realize these trees are special but mine was less than a foot tall. The description lists the piit size but I expected something a bit bigger for $80. Mine was also very bent over and after a month of green stretchy floral tape and a post, it is still very crooked

We ordered four 3 gallon boxwood bushes. They arrive in a few days packed very securely. We easily prepared them to be planted. In just a few hours, the bushes were in the ground, surrounded by mulch and graced the front of our house.

Trees were not packaged properly. Two trees and a small plant were packaged in the same box. The stem of one tree was broken. Not sure if it'll survive. The small plant was a free strawberry plant which was dead on arrival. The plant was out of the pot

I bought two trees (peach and fig) that were supposed to grow very well in my zone. I also bought all the recommended fertilizer and mix-ins recommended. I followed the planting and care instructions exactly. Both trees Died.
