The trees arrived cooking hot when I opened the two boxes the trees had no roots they were broken inside the bag they were in

Fast growing trees is an amazing company. They sent Mr my trees packed very nicely, torn instructions on how to transplanted my new trees and they have everything you need to know on how to make your trees flourish on their website for you to read. I can't wait to till my trees start to produce pomegranate. I'm excited!

Ordered 5 trees and received 3 out of the 5 damaged. Replacements came and 1 out of 3 trees damaged. On the third try the tree came intact. Customer service was unapologetic and not willing to listen to my constructive feedback on their poor packaging. After being put through to management to discuss my poor experience and poor interaction with customer service, I did receive a partial refund for my order. The trees themselves when intact, appear to be healthy trees and I am hopeful they will grow nicely. Disappointed to have to go through what I did to get my complete order.

Pot was retained in the box with a tie strap and that did not work. The top 12 to 16 inches of branches were broken and then I was expected to take pictures and submit a claim. Have just been too busy to get this done. It is a shame that this burden is on me. Next time I will just drive to a nursery. There is no reason to take a chance on ordering a tree like this online if you cannot properly package it.

I ordered dwarf tree and received a bush. I called fast growing trees and they sent another bush rather than a single trunk tree like the one online.

Thus so far I have two bushes for the price of one; neither of which I wanted.

Wish I had just one dwarf tree. I have no faith that trying again will create better results.

I got everything I wanted and as I expected it. I am very happy with how they were shipped and the instructions they left inside. My trees are in great shape and that is due to the fact that I got them in great shape from the beginning and then took it from there.

I cannot be certain how satisfied I am until the raspberry bushes produce fruit.

Ordered 5 Norway spruces and 2 blue spruces. I was very pleased with how they were packed and the quality of the trees. They're all doing well.

Purchased six banana plants in 3 gallon pots, per advertisement. I received six banana plants that had just been transplanted from a 6" pot to a 3 gallon pot to make it look like they were grown in a 3 gallon pot. The roots were barely out of the original 6" root ball. NOT 3 gallon as advertised. So, I paid for 3 gallon but got 6"

Healthy tree. Planted and getting used to Texas weather.

I got four trees. Only two seem to have taken hold. One that didn't was the main reason I went to the site and it was over $100. There was no root ball but instead a weird tri fork and doesn't seem to be doing well in almost three weeks since planted. The other not so good was free, so not a real loss there. But the other two are doing well and we're a good deal.

Product arrived well packaged. Prices very reasonable. Delivered on time. Fantastic company to deal with.

I am re-ordering as the first tree died. I sent a response email but no feedback from company.

I do not have a green thumb but I wonder about some of the trees not having a dominate trunk if they will turn out okay or should i cut one off to make it have only one. Other than that they were delivered very healthy with a good root ball in its own container

My trees arrived but had a ruff time of it. I am still waiting to see how it turns out. The leaves all fell off the maple tree and the leaves on the Avocado tree don't look too good the there seems to be some small leaves growing. I am just waiting to see how it all works out.
