Trees arrived quickly and in great shape. They have been in the ground for about a month and are doing well. I wish there was information about tree spacing, and about how far apart trees can be and still cross pollinate.

I placed approximately 3-4 orders with FastGrowingTrees.com, totaling well over a thousand dollars. The plants and shrubs were lovely. However, by the 3rd and 4th shipments the merchandise were delivered in a horrific condition. The 3rd shipment was delayed approximately 2-3 days. Then when it arrived, the plants were so badly shaken, that they were not in the pots. Some plants were overwatered, leaves were yellow and brown. Some of the containers were crushed. Customer service asked me to wait a week or two to see if the plants would bounce back. If not, they would replace the damaged plants. However, in the mean time, I had already dug holes in the ground, in anticipation of the plants and shrubs, and the temperatures were pretty hot, while waiting for the delayed shipment. The dirt hardened and dried in the holes. The further "waiting to see if the plants would bounce back," caused this entire experience to be frustrating and a real turn off.
Thank God, the plants are doing fine. But, the Citronella plants had to be replaced.
FastGrowingTrees.com should use a different courier service, because the overall experience when you decide to make a purchase, plant and/or repot plants can be wonderfully awe inspiring and a celebration to share with others; or a real disappointment due to the unnecessary long wait to plant your plants and/or shrubs, because your merchandise arrived damaged or destroyed because some FedEx personnel do not READ THE BOX that says, "LIVE PLANTS" & "LAY FLAT!"
I suggest this company either highlight their boxes in yellow that says, "LAY FLAT," so that the carrier will notice the words.
Or, contract with FedEx's competitor, who would probably care how they deliver your merchandise, thus saving FastGrowingTrees.com money by not having to constantly replace merchandise.

This was my first time using this or any site for live plants. I was impressed by the selection and the site was easy to navigate. The plants are well packed and mine arrived in very good condition. I was missing one of the three pants in my order, but a call to customer service provided a quick remedy and my third plant was quickly shipped to me.

The Hazelnuts arrived promptly and were really well packaged. It was difficult to unpack them. How ever the trees seemed dried out. As soon as I opened the bag around the tree, all the mulch fell off like powder. I got them into the ground the next day. But one, the Theta, with a small green sprig, withered and dried up.

I am very pleased with the olive trees that I got recently from Fast Growing Trees. They were very nicely packed and I received them very quickly after ordering them.

I could not find the fruit trees I had been looking for locally, so I searched for them on-line. Fastgrowingtrees.com had the trees I wanted in stock. The website was easy to use. The delivery was quick. The trees were nicely packed. Some of the branches had minor damage but the trees were overall in good condition and healthy. I planted them as soon as they arrived. They have been doing well and growing.

Ordered a 10 pack of Hollies and 3 Red Maples.
Excellent condition on arrival and all very healthy.
So far all are doing well in the ground including our free Japanese Maple included in our Purchase.

All good. Anxiously awaiting delivery of plants.

We bought 16 pear trees and they came as a 5 ft stick with a few buds and several have already died. At $89 a tree, we regret our purchases

With he order you included a "gift" a Japanese Maple. Unfortunatly it was dead on arrival

The site was very easy to use & I found what I was looking for quickly & easily. Received out bushes promptly, although a little worse for wear, but our bushes seem to be doing very well. I can't wait to see them when they are completely grown (another 2 years) but will be able to see the beautiful blooms before then.

The plant looks barely alive with no flower buds at all Called customer service and sent picture was told to wait and see but looks worse after a week in the ground

Fast delivery of a healthy tree with explicite instructions on how to plant including the use of fertilizer included with tree.

Second year in a row that I've ordered hibiscus trees. Received the trees quickly and they were very healthy. Also grew fast.

Trees arrived on schedule and were in good shape. Very healthy and well hydrated.

We received a dead raspberry bush. We planted it because they told us it could come back but there was no way. Waiting on a replacement.

Great experience with ordering and the condition of the bushes upon arrival. Do small problems with the shipping company but immediately corrected by FastGrowning Trees.

I received and planted my ABM on 4/20/22. The tree arrived in good shape and well secured within the shipping box. The shipping time was quite good for such a large package.
The tree has been in the ground for one month now and is flourishing with original and new growth.
I am very happy with the product and the process.

The plants were shipped quickly and were wonderfully packaged! I repotted them and they have been growing just fine so far. Will definitely be ordering more!

Planted 2 Jane Magnolias and 2 Chaste Vitex from FastGrowingTrees in Zone 9 California. They are all flourishing and doing very well despite our limited watering days in CA. (Twice per week). They have grown a lot and will likely look great by Fourth of July.
Highly recommend this company.
