Product came packaged very carefully and so far they look amazing. Hoping for a great outcome.

I called after my 1st tree died, and it was replaced very quickly. The replacement was the next size bigger. Super customer service, but Fed Ex gets 1 star. For poor performance.

All the plants that I ordered were received in good condition and thriving well. The price seems to be higher compared to other nurseries for same product. Hence 4 stars!

Easy to find what I was looking for, ordering was simple

I've learned to ALWAYS buy the warranty. I purchased before and only 1 tree lived out of 6. That time the trees that i received didn't look too great to begin with. This time i purchased the warranty and the tree i received looked really great! It is doing well and after only a couple of weeks, i've seen new growth. I think it is just shrewd marketing, but they have my respect. Would buy again.

The tree took longer to arrive but the company does an excellent job of packing the tree and the claim it will last 3 weeks in the box is likely true.

Pear tree came in perfect shape. Apple tree came with most leaves either dead or almost dead. Planted both pear tree is doing good but waiting to see how apple tree will do

Trees came in 2 days, in great shape. I planted ASAP... as of today 5/24 they are in 3rd day of blooming and look fanatastic

The two larger rose bushes appeared to have just been re-potted; the outside circumstance was loose Without roots; granted the bush size was in fact larger.

Ordered 6 trees. Got 2 in one box and 3 in another. I live 2.5 hours from FGT. Got them in 2 days. 6th tree went to Connecticut for whatever reason. Got it 5 days later. Pretty dry but hopefully viable. Never impressed with Fed Ex Should i have purchased warranty for these issues in the future?

12 trees arrived very quickly. They are in the ground. Let see how they take.

I purchased 2 blueberry bushes in 2021. They arrived dead. I contacted FGT immediately and sent pictures. They agreed the sticks were dead and sent replacements the following week. Those didn't look healthy, but I said OK let's give it a year. Neither bush made it through the MA winter. I contacted FGT to activate my warranty, again sending pix of the dead bushes in their pots. Instead of sending me 2 blueberry bushes, FGT sent me a Ninebark. I immediately notified FGT of the error but can't get them to acknowledge their mistake and send me the blueberry bushes. I will NEVER do business with FGT again and will use my social media platforms to spread the word far and wide.

Plants arrived promptly after ordering. Plants healthy, green and fresh with moist root balls. Transplanted and appear to be doing well.

Shipping was fast and the trees were delivered in tact and healthy. Packaged well enough, that even though they were placed sideways in the fedex truck (with package clearly labeled to place specific side up), they weren't badly damaged and still survived!

I ordered two Black Knight Butterfly Bush (3 gallon) size. They were packed very well and received on the scheduled date. After about one week in the ground, they are already blooming. I am very satisfied with Fast Growing Trees.

I experienced shipping damage due to FedEx. I was happy that fastgrowingtrees.com fixed the problem with little hassle on my part. Great company, would recommend.

Received trees in good shape. A few of the smaller branches had broken but seem to have rebounded since planted

I have received three climbing hydrangeas and one of them look like it wasn't healthy. I thought it was from shipping and had a shock environment. I planted it right away and it still died. I emailed you guys and I haven't heard anything back but now I got this email asking for you guys to rate. So I'm gonna rate you poorly since you never got back to me

Fine, up until I received the trees... both in bad shape and died right away. Replacement trees were perfect and are thriving. Excellent service!
