The plants arrived very healthy. We could not plant them in a real sunny spot so not expecting record growth, just please they seem alive and healthy.

I was excited about receiving my hydrangea, but it arrived two days later than was stated. It was not in good shape with the lower leaves brown around the edges and wilted. It has taken until now to revive a bit, but I am not optimistic that it will fully recover. I know it is a gamble to order live plants online, so I won't carry on about it.

Unmarked branches on a fruit cocktail tree. I don't know what types of fruit I received. One half the tree had no grafts or branches on it. It looks like it was grown next to a wall. I decided to buy the insurance after seeing the tree. I expected top quality for a $200 tree.

The staff was most helpful in advising the best plants and trees for our area and for what I wanted in terms of color and size.
Their packing was outstanding; all arrived in perfect shape.

I ordered 2 trees. They arrived in good condition. They growing and are healthy.

Service was fast and trees arrived in wrapped well and in good condition except the pin oak. Other trees seem to be doing well. Pin oak looks lifeless without leaves.

The trees came root bound diseased damaged stressed you name it it's almost like they try to find the worst possible tree to ship to you they don't take care of their trees maybe the others but definitely do not buy fig trees from this establishment.
I let it sit in its container for 2 1/2 three weeks and followed all their care and watched it continue to shed leaves and die so I finally transplanted it and I'm trying to revive it

I had to cut most of it and hopefully use it for cuttings what a waste of money.

When you try to reach out to them they give you a condescending tone and blame you when literally I've been doing this for years and all my other trees are absolutely perfect except for the ones I purchased from this establishment..

My trees still look dead. Still watching what next.

Purchasing and delivery process was excellent.

I knew the shrubs would be small based upon container size but I anticipated their shape to be much more rounded vs the Boris Johnson look received. They will grow and can be trimmed to shape but will just need a little longer patience on my end before they get there!

Products came quickly and in good condition. The directions were easy to follow for planting.

The tree arrived in great shape and looks good. I've only had it for about 3 weeks and it has put on new leaves as already. Time will tell as to how it goes long term but for now I'm really pleased with it.

I received two Meyer lemon bushes perfectly packed to avoid damage in containers that were wrapped in plastic bags to ensure they stayed hydrated. One bush had 2 lemons about 2-3 inches long and the other was sprouting new growth. Very healthy plants with growing instructions. I love Meyer lemons and look forward to enjoying these as they grow.

Received a credit for a few trees that didnt make it through the winter - so i ordered again and they arrived looking so green and fresh. I am very please with this company AND the trees.

I bought a Fuji tree and Honeygold tree. I was surprised to see them shipped in a box. The Fuji tree is the one I'm concerned about. The root ball was not in a ball but rather a bunch of loose dirt inside the burlap sack. I should've sent it back right then. I decided to plant it and have been babying it. The leaves are all drying up and dying. The honeygold seems to have a little bit of transplant shock but looks like it will recover. I don't know about the Fugi tree. If it dies, will you send me a new tree with the root ball intact?

Gentleman named Scott on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was willing to work with me on price, and to help me obtain a product that would fit my needs.
