Nice user interface. I thought I signed up for $10 off, but the code didn't arrive in my mailbox in time to place my order. What more important is what I got for my money. I purchased a small, weeping redbud that arrived taller than expected, but pitifully scrawny with few leaves. Quite a few had fallen off during shipment in the box. They threw in a small lavender plant for free that was badly wilted and is struggling after being planted. Fortunately, since this was my first experience buying a tree online (because I couldn't find exactly what I wanted in my local nurseries), I paid for one yr of insurance. I hope I won't need it.
She arrived on time in a good condition and it was exactly as it was described. We put it in the ground three weeks ago end it is doing extremely well. I found the quality to be excellent and the value to be fair, I highly recommend this vendor.
Well first trees were dead so wasn't happy 2nd trees u sent are doing better there were some branches broke during shipping but otherwise the trees seem to be doing better than the 1st ones that died 2 days after
I ordered 2 cherry trees and an indoor plant. One of the cherry trees and the indoor plant are doing wonderfully. One of the cherry trees is not. We had previously ordered from this shop and had a great experience, I'm honestly surprised to get a dud from them. I suppose I should have purchased the additional insurance. We would shop here again, just disappointing to get a tree that didn't take.
Tree was delivered with the best box and packaging I've ever seen. Tree was in perfect condition and is growing vigorously.
Product looked healthy and robust. No blooms yet but expected based on the time of season.

Alisha was professional and communicated what the delays were due to but I had to keep on arranging my schedule to ensure I was home once the trees arrived. I think a small discount or a plant would have helped the issue of delays.
The Coral Bark Japanese Maple 4-5' came in perfect condition! The branches were trimmed and none were broken. The leaves were hydrated and healthy. Super impressed and I will most definitely be purchasing from FGT again!
I ordered 3 trees. One was doing great, one is okay and one failed to leaf out. I called customer service and one was replaced in one week. Great service.
I ordered the tree online, and it arrived in a timely manner. It was packed very nice with no shipping issues.

So excited for the free lavender! I lost one plant (poor soil) and had seeds that never germinated this spring. Hoping my lavender luck improves!
Trees are healthy but don't be fooled by the "2-3ft". I was expecting a couple year old tree that is 2-3ft not a seedling on a 3ft high graft. Trees this size are usually around 45 bucks at the local green house.
The 2 crepe myrtletrees that were delivered looked more like end of season trees on sale fromHome Depot, rather than a quality tree supplier.
We’re so sorry to hear how your plants arrive! It’s very common for plants that are shipped to arrive like this but they typically begin pushing out new growth in just a few weeks. Keep us posted and we’ll make it right if they do not bounce back!
