Was so glad to find our monkey puzzle trees. They arrived in excellent shape and are thriving in the 26 gal pots we have them in for now.

The plants are huge, healthy, and they thrive. I can't say enough good things about FastGrowingTrees.

I was a little disappointed that the first two lemon trees I received were both DOA. But it was Winter, after all, and I could understand that shipments to our cold-weather state might be problematic. In both cases Customer Service responded to my inquiries promptly and gave me the option of replacement or refund. Since the state instituted new agricultural restrictions during this time, the company couldn't ship me a third tree, so my money was cheerfully refunded, including shipping cost and the optional warranty I'd purchased. Much to my surprise, a couple weeks ago I received another box from FastGrowingTrees. The lemon tree that it contained was very much alive, and quickly began to flourish in its new pot. I'm very happy with it, and beyond satisfied with the customer service I experienced. It appeared clear to me that the company genuinely cared about my satisfaction and went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely not hesitate to use this supplier in the future.

Overall the process was fine. But one of the apricot trees died.

You shipped using FED-X there for box came partially opened and damaged, tree was fine, I don't recommend using FED-X in the future.

Ordered two 5 pounds Bougainvillea plants. Unpacked them upon arrival. I repotted them with new soil and fertilizer that I also ordered at the same time. The plants arrived with wilted brown leaves that had holes and falling off throughout. Customer Service told me to wait one month for the plants to acclimate. The leaves keep falling off every day. I don't think they will last one month.

Great I had the tree in a few days. So far its growing. Next year I'm going to order more.

Accidently found same dipped willow plants at a local nursery same height in better bloom for 1/2 the price. Will search else where in future before using fast growing trees

I live in Sarasota, FL, where the soil is total sand. I dug a hole 3 ft deep and filled it with good soil before planting the Jackfruit tree. It's too soon to determine how the tree will do in its new environment but I will keep it watered and fertilized. The summers here are brutally hot!

Recieved totally dried out roots with no soil. One plant was a birthday present so I just tried to remedy and hope it would come back, it did not nor did the other plant I ordered.

I've used FastGrowingTrees.com twice. Both times, I ordered the same thing - 20 Giant Thujas. The first time, the experience was great. The price was good, the trees were shipped in a very secure fashion, the root bulbs filled the pots. The second time, was not the same. The pricing was about the same, but the trees were not secured in their boxes, resulting in many of them being bent. Several of the root bulbs were comically small - less than 2" thick in the pot. What was the difference? I purchased the warranty with the first set of 20 trees. Things went so smoothly with that first purchase, that I did not see the reason for it the second time. And therein lies the problem. Apparently, if you do not purchase the warranty, they treat your purchase as garbage.
