Found the apple tree I wanted and fast check out. Tree arrived in excellent condition.

Was stoked to find another Ruby Supreme Guava. However, was shorter than expected and not as full as expected. Quite disappointed in the product, but will give it a go.

There was a USDA recall on a plant I purchased. FGT promptly notified me and shipped a new healthy plant all on their own. Great service. Shipping to the West Coast has been worrisomely slow in the past (A FedEx issue, not FGT), but this one made it to the PNW quickly and without damage.
I March I ordered and received 4 Crepe Myrtle trees (4ft) and planted them according to the instructions. I then waited for them to bud out.
It is now June and I am still waiting.
Are they dead? Are they in shock? Will they ever bud or will I need to use the guarantee to deal with this?

I waited for them to bud out but they never did. FastGrowingTrees.Com kept in touch based upon my initial review and once it was obvious they were not going to survive, as soon as I sent pictures of these tree/sticks they had the replacements set up to be shipped. The replacements arrived in pots with lots of growth and leaves and I got them right into the ground asap. They are now happily growing.

Very simple procedure.The order was easy enough. I have not ordered a great number of items this way, and I did not have any trouble. Delivery was mucj wuicker thsn I expected.
Ordered this rainbow eucalyptus and it showed up super healthy and is growing great. Can't wait for it to get bigger and plant in the ground.
I received a replacement tree for one that did not make it when it was planted it arrived as promised and in great condition, I will definitely be doing business with them again!
My experience has been great. It is my first purchase, and they are very responsive. It is early since the tree has only been in the ground for a couple of weeks, but it handled the shipping and transplanting well and has started to sprot new leaves.
Not sure why they use Fedex. They are the worst. Our boxes showed up ripped opened and damaged. The most recent shrubs we ordered were smashed down. We planted them but we will see how they do.
