Tree died because it was root bound. Originally they said they would send me a new one for $75 in shipping even though I purchased the warranty. They sent it for free after I complained.

Tree arrived in great shape, and I put it in the ground right away. After a couple of weeks, it is doing well and has new, healthy leaves.

I ordered 6 plants and the packaging and shipping were poor at best. All six plants shipped together in one box with no packaging material to hold them in place during shipping. They arrived upside down and sideways in the box. They were shipped out with a delivery scheduled for a Sunday, who in their right mind ships for a Sunday delivery. Needless to say, they were not delivered on Sunday but on Monday the following day. They were delivered to the wrong address and were dropped off late in the day by the homeowners from the house across town where the package of plants was left. The plants spent at least an extra day and a half boxed up and did not appear to be in the best of shape when they finally arrived. Of the 6 plants only one is showing new growth the other 5 are doing nothing. In the future I think I'll stick with a local nursery.

Just a fabulous experience ordering plants for landscaping. The trees, flowers, and bushes have all been excellent quality and when there was a screw up with one of my orders, customer service was responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We had a very good experience with your plants last year. This year the two cherry trees, even though they are well shaped lost 80% of their leaves - we assume they grow new leaves. The roses are poor looking specimens and have not shown any sign of new growth - we could have bought better at Home Depot. The bee balm has no petals, and the heads are dry and crumble. The other plant was 90% dead when it arrived, I could hold the live part in both hands. With lots of TLC it's still about the same.
We spent close to $, 1,000 and are definitely not happy with the plants we received.

Absolutely nothing negative here. Fed ex however handled one of my shipments so badly one plant had all the dirt shaken out and was dried up shriveled and broken. It's alive but barely. Hopefully it will come around. Again no fault at all to fast growing trees. W wet thing else I received is doing great!

The roots were shallow and no root ball. Roots were simply packed in new loose soil.

While one plant of the three was in great condition. Two plants came with most of their dirt not in the pot, but in the plastic bag the pot was in. The plants also didn't look great. I contacted FastGrowing Trees immediately after unpacking them to make them aware. They did acknowledge my email. I've since taken pictures of them planted and emailed that to them. One of the plants is looking very bad. I have not received any response from them. If I'm left with the two sorry looking plants, I can't say I will be very satisfied with my experience with FastGrowing Trees.

I have ordered a few times from Fast-GrowingTrees and most of the time I felt I received good value for what I paid. However, several weeks back I ordered 9,1 to 2 foot American Pillar Arborvitaes at $59.95 apiece. I was surprised to find that not one of them was 1 foot (much less 1 to 2 ft.), in fact after several weeks in the ground only 3 of them touch the one foot mark; and as you can see from the first four photos, 4 of them are still well below a foot and looking somewhat sickly looking. A fifth one died and had to be replaced; which leads to the fifth photo. As you can see in the fifth photo, the replacement American Pillar Arborvitae I bought from "Gardens Goods Direct (https://gardengoodsdirect.com/collections/arborvitae/products/american-pillar-arborvitae-trees)" is almost 22 inches, very healthy, and only cost me $17.95 ( about ¼ what Fast-GrowingTrees charged for a product that didn't come close to meeting it's description). I can't help to feel I was cheated.

A few products have been rough, but by and large I have been exceptionally pleased.

Roses arrived damaged in box. Planted them anyway but dont know if they will make it.

Arrived carefully packaged. Planted immediately and it's thriving with gorgeous pink blooms. Would definitely buy again!

Use fast growing trees if you want low quality berry bushes, shipped haphazardly, and if you like being absolutely blown off by customer service. Great choice. Gave it a chance and I do regret it.

We had a delivery problem not the fault of Fast Growing Trees and they were fantastic and generous to us to resolve the issue. Not only were they great to deal with but the trees arrived healthy and look great. We will definitely use them again.
