My order was split into two different shipments. The first part of the order came extremely fast as usual but the second part of the order was coming from another nursery. A shipping label was created and then I heard nothing. I felt like I was pretty patient and finally made a few phone calls and got the ball rolling. Once everything was in place I received the shipment very quickly. I got very frustrated with the representative on the phone and eventually the phone was cutting in and out and we could not hear each other but when I hung up the phone, there was no callback. I think that they could've done better. I know I would've called the customer back and said we got disconnected and I was trying to tell you… Whatever it was that they needed to know.

Tree arrived in very good condition and is doing well. Very pleased!

I was pleased the selection was great. The shipment was fast. Th price was reasonable.

Purchased a 6-7' oak and two small blue spruce. The oak arrived without the root ball in tack, the top looks like it had been cut off and the trunk wasn't straight at the bottom. Very disappointed for the cost. We planted it right away per the directions, but all the leaves have died. Not looking like it will live. The blue spruce are doing great so far.

Happy with my wisteria. Growing rapidly. Glad I bought it.

The box was in good shape but the flowers inside were tossed around and were beat up in the box. Don't think they're going to make it. A different type of box would be helpful.

Tree arrived with a lot of dead leaves in the box. I removed the tree immediately per instructions. The leaves that were on the tree were either dead/crunchy or wilted. The tree was planted within 2 days following instructions and using Root Rocket fertilizer. As of now most leaves have fallen off the tree. I am hoping the tree will recover... keeping fingers crossed.

Our 5-6' maple trees came with 1" leaves that have black edges. One tree came with broken branches. FGT was amazing to send a replacement for the broken tree. The replacement tree is more than double the size of our original trees. Our original maple trees have been in a few weeks and still have black edges on all the leaves. After visiting a few greenhouse in our area I was able to find the same trees for the same price as FGT but they were 4-5 times bigger. Disappointing.

I ordered 8 plants. 7/8 I received were in good condition, one was poor. I still planted it, and will update this status in the future.

Great prices, good looking trees, fast shipping. Trees showed up on time, they looked good and during transplant they are starting to flourish.

My warranty of tree only covers price paid for the tree and not the shipping cost or price of the tree with todays price. To buy same tree now I have to pay more and pay additional shipping charges as well. I should be better off to buying from local nurseries like Oakland where they cover 1 year free of charge without any hidden fees like this.

The bushes I ordered were shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Everything was perfectly packed and all the info I needed to plant and maintain was sent; with the plants and again by email. The plants are beautiful and high quality. Can't wait for them to flower and bear fruit.

Found trees I wanted in the size I needed at lower price than other online sellers. Ordered, received fast confirmation, next the shipping tracking number and then FedEx was here. Quality service with quality products.

I have ordered a lot of trees and bushes and have been very pleased with the health of the plants when they arrive.

The plants were well packaged and arrived timely. The shopping experience was fine, but my plants aren't growing yet so I'm a little concerned. We'll see what happens.

It's been a long time since I felt so ripped off. The trees and shrubs are not exactly that great and arrive in poor condition. At the same time prices seem inflated. I could've got the same stuff from a local nursery much cheaper and better.
