Love the variety of trees shrubs and plants. Plants seems to be doing really good. Will plant in the ground in the fall since are summer is so hot this year.

We received our tree timely and in good condition.

The first tree shipment I received was dead because it had been a hundred degrees for days. The trees died in transit. Once I notified the company and sent pictures they replaced the trees immediately! The replacement trees arrived in perfect condition and were viable looking from the start.

We ordered 30 giant thuja trees in order to create a noise/visual barrier, and the trees arrived in a timely manner. All of the trees looked healthy and vibrant, which is quite impressive given the amount of trees we ordered.

The plants where on the side and potting soil was every were plant roots were exposed and some of the plants looked a little under watered. Brown

I ordered two pear trees and one arrived very wilted and died, Ive tried contacting company with no success.

Very pleased with the size and quality (condition) of my Wisteria Tree. The strawberry plants are also very nice.

I purchased the Tonto Crape Myrtle Tree. We live in Myrtle Beach, Sc and there are so many of these trees growing here. So far the tree is doing very well. I did purchase the additional warrantee.

I have purchased a cold hardy avocado tree, a small palm, and 2 ice cream banana trees from FGTs and have had a great experience. The first avocado tree only lived for about 10 days. After it started to look worse, they sent me a new tree free of charge. The second tree also didn't last (only a couple days before it died). For the third replacement tree I only had to pay shipping which I think is more than fair as it was my second free tree. So far the banana trees, palm and replacement avocado are doing well. Will definitely use them again!

I am frequent plant buyer for 2ft to 3 ft plants. So for only two of them survived. I did not take plant insurance for every purchase since I am a home Gardner.

Item dead after watering less as requested, no replacement

Found just what I was looking for. My tree did arrive with the longest branch broken. I believe it should have been better secured for transport. Tree is doing well.

Two shrubs and two trees dead within 2 months. I replaced with similar from a local nursery and they are doing great. Buy local and save your money.

I reached out to your company twice with photos of the diseased rose I received. Each day it got progressively worst and the leaves have fallen off. I notified you within a week of delivery and have not received a acknowledgment of my two emails with requested photos or a reply. I am still waiting for a reply to how you will handle this as the rose was $69.

The plants I purchased arrived in excellent shape and are doing well so far. The strawberry plant has put out a runner; the drift rose has buds; & the lemon bush is green & healthy. I have not yet planted the jasmine, but it is still looking good in the shipping pot.
