Plants arrived on time, they were transplanted a few days later, every single plant and tree I purchased took and are all showing new growth, my strawberries are even propogating and gaining new growths
I initially gave Fast Growing Trees a bad review because my blackberries arrived late and were brown and crunchy on arrival. They have since won back my business by shipping two replacement plants free of charge. Thank you for the excellent customer service! I look forward to receiving the replacement plants and getting them planted soon. I also bought another plant for my dad for Father's Day.
I am happy with both of my purchases. I got a black pepper plant & firehorn shrub. Both came in great condition & ready for planting. New leaves have already grown on both.
This was the first time i ordered a plant with FGT. Shipping was prompt. The plant was smaller than i expected, but looking healthy!
First batch of 10 tress all died within weeks. 6 of the replacement trees again died within weeks. But I do have 4 of replacement tress doing well. I think it might be me.

I ordered (10) Annabelle Hydrangeas, which arrived quickly, and in great condition. They were packed securely, and suffered zero damage in transit.
I will purchase from this company again.
Spent over $300 on 9 early evolution hydrangeas and they were destroyed in shipment to me and then died in less than 3 weeks. When I called customer service the man told me that there is nothing he can do. I'm disgusted!

My plants arrived I brought them inside the house and watered them. How was I to know the roots were infested with flies which took over my house, and I still haven't gotten rid of all of the flies in my house. Within a day or two of planting and watering the plants were dead.

We received our tree when expected. It was well-packed, healthy and larger than anticipated. It was planted a couple of weeks ago and we're very satisfied with the growth and condition of the tree. Will definitely choose again for our next tree purchase.
I ordered 3 trees and i paid 500$
2 of them were good but one of them was already dead when they dropped it

I purchased three plants and one appeared to have been squashed in transit. I thought I could nurse it and hoped for the best. Unfortunately it died, but customer service was quick and painless and replaced my plant with one that was even bigger and healthier. I have many plants saved for purchase because the three I've purchased have been great!
I ordered two blueberry bushes, they were shipped within a couple of days and arrived within a week in good shape.
No issues with the quality of what was shipped. Only negative marks were caused by the carrier during shipping. If it wasn't for how well everything was packaged, the blueberry bushes probably would not have survived. However; they are still trying to recover from the damage received in shipping.
The trees and plants that I ordered from Fast Growing Trees have taken off! I tell my friends that the website sounds gimmicky, but the plants and customer service are superior to anything I've purchased in person. I'm definitely a novice gardener, but my fruit trees and berry bushes are absolutely thriving. Highly recommend!
Good. I wished that it had been sent in a container instead of rootball. It appears to be on the fragile side but I bought the insurance.
They replaced the dead one after a month with one much taller and fuller than the original two. Wish they'd done that in the first place.

Apple trees were broken during shipment. One apple tree was clearly smaller than what I purchased. One blackberry bush has died.

I ordered 6 3 gallon containers of an ornamental grass. 2 arrived quickly and the other 4 were lost. The company immediately sent the missing containers and they arrived just perfect!

I order 10 trees and about 3 weeks later 8 out of the 10 were dead. I called and explained the situation and they requested pictures of all the trees. They are now sending me 8 replacement trees for FREE! Great customer service.
