Tree arrived in great shape. Planted right away and 3 weeks later still looking and doing great. We'll worth it.

Unfortunately I am not happy at all with the product. While the box the tree arrived in was big enough and in good shape, the tree itself was not. It was not restrained at all in the box and as a result was all smashed to one end with most of the trunk sticking out of the box in a big "U" shape (i. E. the top and bottom of the tree were in the box but the rest was protrucing outside the box) and was fairly well cut and marred. Before I give your company a 1 star I sent them an email to give them a chance to respond but to date I have recieved no response.

I received two cherry trees that seemed healthy but for a few little brown spots on the leaves. It has been approximately three weeks and the spots got bigger, the leaves drooped, and the trees have no buds. I call customer service and sent them pictures. They advised Neem oil for pests. I used that and we will see if it works. We planted them right away and other trees nearby seem fine. They seem healthy otherswise, but I don't want this leaf thing to kill the tree. Here's hoping!

I ordered three items orinugally. Once received, two of the items were in great shape. The third, pretty best up broken branches, dried out stems and leaves. Called customer service and they promptly sent a replacement. It arrived the same as the first. While the customer service was great when I called, the quality control is lacking.

Was easy to find what I was looking for online as their inventory is excellent

My experience with FGT was overall really good. Our bush seemed to be struggling a little bit but since getting it into the groud and giving it extra love thru out this heat wave its finally perking up and giving us a couple new blooms. Our issue was with FedEx. Which we realize is out of FGT hands. Overall tho my contact with them, customer service wise, was excellent

We ordered the 10 pk of Thuja trees and 3 Kitten Grasses. The trees were great but one of the grasses did not make it. I called Fast Growing Trees and they sent out a replacement grass which I received in 3 days. Definitely recommend buying from here they stand by their products.

I was excited to get the trees, but they were either out of stock, unavailable, or could not be delivered until next fall. The one bare root tree I did receive has remained an empty stick for the past months even though I followed the directions.
Won't order again.

One on my apple trees arrived damaged. One of the middle main branches was broken. I called customer service and sent in photos. The gentleman I spoke too told me the tree would be fine and that I was required to plant it and if it didn't grow then I would be able to get it replaced within one year. I have purchased many trees from FGT and this was the first unhappy experience I've had. I understand that the company can't just replace every damaged order but I wouldn't have purchased this tree if I had seen the damage beforehand. I will only be utilizing local sources for future purchases, probably better to do this anyway.
