Very good experience. I bought another small tree and didn't have it secured properly, the wind came and snapped it in half. You didn't have the exact one that I had, but this is very close to what I bought last time.
Estimated shipping time was a little off and took longer, but they arrived in good shape.
Everyone from fast growing trees have been excellent. Only I forgot to protect my trees from bunnies and they ate through the bark on all the trees I purchased last year. So my bad. Will be protecting them this year.
I bought ice cream banana MOther died but planted pups and they are thriving and growing healthy. 2 avocado trees, i see growth and not sure how long before i see product but i love my healthy trees. Happy with my purchase.

Received damaged tree, immediately sent pics of the tree. Was dismissed to check back later on, did that, still dismissed. Fast forward to Spring, tree is dead. Did not honor their 1 yr. No other option but to use my purchased warranty. And to top it off, had to pay for delivery. This is a joke. Then they sent a dead replacement which they refused to refund to original payment method. Just a 30% coupon. After countless emails, texts and calls- all they can do is a store credit. At this point, just accepted the defeat. Please stay away. Now I am stuck with this store credit and lost out almost $200. Let's see what dead tree they send out with the new order that I had to place to redeem my money, which i lost out a lot of money!
The trees were beautiful and lasted several years.
Got a lemon tree for our daughter several years ago.
The plants keep getting shipped to the wrong address. Please make sure they are sent to the 4783 Destitute Way location. Previous shipments have gone to the Oak Harbor Drive address (Lord knows why, there are 4 miles apart). Please do not ship to that address.
Everything about the company was great, including replacing a rose bush that was damaged in transit. Two years later, however, two different kinds of plants (4 total) are not doing well, or appear dead, so we're pretty far from batting 1.000.
