Good choice of plants, love the fig tree just wish it would produce figs!
For some reason, the discount code was removed after I chose "check out". But I figured out how to add it back.
My experience has been great and friendly and easy to work with.
I purchased 1 grafted apple tree and 1 Italian plum tree. The apples are delicious, last year the squirrels discovered them and we didn't get any. I will be netting the tree this year lol. The plum had a disease, customer service was wonderful, the little plum is doing great, no disease yet this year but if I see it I know what to do! Hoping to get a plum this year, we'll see! Wonderful company!
I had a warranty issue and it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction

I mistakenly purchase an Agave Century plant for my Zone 6 only to learn it won't survive our winter. I asked for a refund and was granted one with not issues. Later the same day I ordered a Red Yucca. Can't wait to get it.
Beautiful tree I've bought from this company but only lasted 2 years

Have purchased several flowering shrubs. All are doing great.
Historically I have received one good tree and one bad tree on the buy one get one sale. If this order is bad again I won't be back
I just received my trees and one appears dead upon arrival. Will call Monday
The trees arrive healthy and grow immediately. The last two, a banana tree and a rainbow eucalyptus tree, arrived broken in half by the delivery man. I still planted to bottom halves of these trees and they still grew well.
Tree wrap should be offered up when the purchase of a tree is made.
I have planted various trees mostly a little larger ones where this was not neccessary
Every tree I have ordered has thrived here in central Kentucky. They arrive quickly and grow beautifully. I have a pin oak that is over 12 feet tall in 7 years and a cypress tree that just keeps getting taller and more full.
My first order was a few years ago. I ordered a mulberry tree and dome strawberry plants, they all arrived in good condition and were planted out quickly. They didn't make it to the the second summer.
I previously purchased 2 crepe myrtle trees and I wasn't sure if they were alive when they arrived. I contacted customer service and was told how to test them and everything turned out great. It's been 2 years and they are thriving.
Only 3 out of 19 ordered flowering trees and shrubs were dead, not too bad. Waiting to hear back from FGT on their response after providing photos and information about the condition of the 3.
