The 5 trees ad 2 hydrangeas came in looking healthy. Only one hydrangea was slightly damaged but that was most likely due to the person delivering who didn't pay attention to the arrows saying which way the box should be handled.

Plants that were sent to me were in shoddy condition but FGT made it right once the problem was brought to its attention.

I purchased 3 wisteria trees. (2, then another) They all arrived in perfect condition. Planted them per instructions with the special, separately priced "additive". A month and ½ later, all three are thriving and have about 1' new growth. When "FGT" tells you HOW to plant what you buy... follow their directions... works every time! May "seem" expensive, but you get what you pay for with "FGT"! EXCELLENT! Thank you!

The plants I received is not healthy. The leaves are falling day by day.

The driver had my tree in his truck until near the end of the day. Even though the tree(ball) had some moisture, it had gone into shock and the leaves were ready to fall off the tree. I put it into the ground immediately and soaked with water. Each day, I soaked it with water and now new leaves are sprouting where the original leaves had died. I think it should be a normal practise to deliver any trees first than the remainder of the products.

Great company with great product and service. They stand behind their plants and they ship them carefully. Only place that I have had consistent good product from. Very competitive prices and constant sales and special offers.

Site is easy to navigate and the advice is sound and easy to find. Shipping is quick and easy and things arrive well packaged. I am very satisfied with quality of trees that I have received and the one time that I had a problem, it was quickly handled I received a replacement very quickly.

I spent a lot of money on this site. Half the plants survive after 30 days - the other half die. These are not inexpensive purchases. Getting a refund or exchange is not seemless.

It has been 5 months since I planted my trees and hey are the same size as when I bought them

All plants were packed great and arrived alive. 30 days later still alive. All but clemitis vine were as expected. I just expected a little more vines. But growing. Star jasmine was amazing and a plant already. Overall good experience and will definitely order more.

Two Jasmine seedlings arrived. One was detached in the bag so it was basically floating in dirt. I put both in a small pot indoors to get them started. One took off ok. The loose one is still just a twig. Past the 30 day mark.

I spent $70 for one pot of hosts. 1 plant. This is first time I was ever disappointed.

The tree arrived well packaged and thriving, we just popped it in the ground after soaking the roots for a while just in case it had dried out while shipping. It is doing great!

I purchased 10 thuja green giants. They arrived in ok health. But the height was a foot shorter than what I paid for. I planted them with root stimulator and they are doing well one month later.

I purchased 10 more trees a month later. The height was good on this batch of trees but they arrived very yellow and not healthy looking. I planted them and they are looking worse and worse. Very yellow/orange and even dried and burnt looking. I purchased the additional warranty on these trees. Complained to fastgrowingtrees.com and they said if the tree isn't dead then they don't replace it. Technically the trees aren't dead yet if it passes their "scratch" test.

It's just embarrassing and disappointing to spend over $1200 only to have yellow/orange/brown ever green trees for all the neighbors to see.

I will not be buying ever green trees from them again.

If you don't have to wait in line to talk to a person about a plant, then there must be a lot of happy customers. Called twice and both times no waiting. Plant died from my own inexperience and they still stand behind there products.
