All the tree was dead…. My experience was bad. I don't recommend people to buy tree from your company
Ordered a peace lily and it had multiple yellowed leaves and was cut back. The extra pot they sent did not even fit the plant - it was way too small. Emailed and requested a refund for $24.97 (cost of the plant). They refunded me $13. I emailed again and got no response.

Pictures of shrubs and what were received were greatly different. There was no mention as to how long it would take to match the pictures. Because of this they were way over priced.
It was getting close to my daughter's birthday and I began to think about finding something unique for her. They had just purchased a home with a wonderful backyard and of course a swimming pool. She called one day and asked me if I would try to grow an orange tree for her. Of course, I knew nothing about growing orange trees in Tennessee but I got online to search for seed. I finally found 12 seeds for $3.00. I bought the correct dirt and planted all 12 seeds. One came up to 1 inch and died. Then I had a better idea. Why not buy a tree? After all, it would be a special gift, it was for my daughter and it would be something I would leave with her for years to come. So, I began to search the internet. Fast Growing Trees was the most interesting and I placed the order.

5 star experience from start to end, and again when some of my plants did not thrive. Hard to justify purchasing from anyone else.

The first one came undone in box so was damaged and FGT jumped right in with a replacement that arrived perfectly and FaNTASTIC and it's thriving! Gorgeous and so wonderful it was delivered to my door!

I bought a cherry tree that was just about dead by the time it arrived. It was planted anyway, just to see if it had life in it. After a while, it turned into a dried stick. I messaged the company and another was sent out the next day, much to my surprise as many companies today, have no customer service... unless you like to do surveys. Very happy with this company, will be back

They have excellent customer service, super fast shipping, they offer professional advice for their products, the trees I purchased arrived healthy and full and are growing great. Tree arrived fast and heathy. I planted it the same day. I've been watering it and watching it. Seems to be holding on. Time will tell.
Quick shipping and arrival and packaged really well. I did have a problem with using a coupon but called customer service and problem solved before I put my phone down.
Received my order despite the shipping companies best effort to lose it. More than impressed with the health and height of my tree. Planted it immediately. Now three weeks later it looks like it has rooted and is starting to add height. Will order again in near future.
Plants were smaller than I had hoped and I have been watering them but they don't seem to be growing hardly at all.
I was hoping that since the costs and age of your plants are higher than others I have tried ordering in the past, the plants would arrive in fantastic shape, ready to dress up my yard area within the first few days of transplantation. However, they arrived looking almost dead. In fact, I think one of the hostas and one of the thornless blackberry bushes are past recovery. I am glad that I paid for replacement insurance so I can try again if necessary after giving them time to come back out. It might have been due to the extreme temperatures our area was suffering at the time the plants arrived. I'm really hoping that some pampering will bring their beauty out as I expected
