Everyone I spoke to was wonderful, but you never shipped my item almost 3 weeks after I ordered even though the web site says items ship 1-2 days after order. I was forced to seek a much more costly alternative somewhere else and cancel my order. Maybe it shouldn't say items ship in 1-2 days, or there should a disclaimer that items only ship on 1-2 days if in stock.

All of the trees have short branches because they had to put them in a box.
Sugar maple is practically dead and has graft at the base which is not healthy structurally.

Received the product in a timely fashion. Planted it with the fast growing fertilizer I also ordered. Now, I await the plant to grow and produce my bottle brush flowers!

With the exception of The Empress tree, everything! Arrived in excellent condition. The Empress tree arrived the week the temps hovered near a 100 each day. Understandable that it arrived a little tired with leaves falling off and did not recover.

I ordered 5 plants and 2 arrived pretty much dead. The Azelea plant arrived completed disheveled and broken. Half of the 5 gallon plant is dead.

This was a gift we were sending to a special couple in another state from ours. They were thrilled, in turn, we were also! They loved it, arrived in great condition and sent us pics of the newly planted Crape Myrtle. Beautiful!
A tree makes a wonderful and unexpected gift, and I highly recommend! Smiles all around! :)

The tree arrived fast and was in excellent condition despite the heat. It continues to do well.

It arrived in good condition and is green and healthy.

The trees have all been exceptional with the exception of one order which came in a crumpled box. This was probably the shipping company's fault. When I called Fast Growing Trees they sent out seven additional trees at no additional cost.

I am nervous about ordering on line Plants but hope for the best in this case

THE TREES ARE HEALTHY BUT WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ALL THE TREES. WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THE REMAINING 2 TREES. AT THIS POINT WE WOULD PREFER A REFUND.

My problem lies with customer service. I received two monkey puzzle pines, one half the size of the other. Technically I reserved two of the same spicers in the same size 1 gallon pot, but the little one did not survive the transport. For that reason I always buy two-in case one doesn't make it, but this way the price had doubled.
My mom bought a set of ten green giant cypress trees, only 8 survived the shipping. The FedEx delivered two trees two days later, and they were dead.
I called customer service and texted pictures of the two pines. Never heard from them again. Hence the review:-(

Came fast. Plants are small but doing great! Love them.

I ordered two trees... a silver maple and a northern oak. The maple was approximately 6 1/2 feet tall and the maple about 4 foot. They both arrived in a large shipping box totally secured to the box and the root ball. Took me a couple of days to get them planted, but I removed them from the box and placed them in the shade of my patio. I watered them to keep the root ball moist until they were planted. I absolutely love the way they go into the ground with the burlap in place. It helps to keep from disturbing the root system. They have been in a couple of weeks now and are looking great. Leaves remain intact and green. I have watered them twice... once when planting and once a few days later. We have had rain several times this week so they are now getting watered naturally. Love the trees and will definitely be shopping from here again.

Recipients were delighted! Gifted to a hobby-farming couple who have a few fruit trees already, in zone 7a. They were enthralled with this unique addition and the tree is doing well.

Ordering was easy as pie & I hope my fruits from my tree is as sweet as pie too lol
