The tree came well secured in a large cardboard box, I pulled it out right away and watered the root ball while I prepared the hole. Within a week I had new buds and within a month I had 7 good sized flower clusters. I really didn't expect flowers the first year especially as I was planting in mid summer. I watered every other day if we didn't have a good rain. Now the white blooms are turning a beautiful shade of dusty rose (mid August). I'm so excited to see new blooms and look forward to what it will look like next year!

I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THREE TREES, AND ONE CAME ON A WEDNESDAY THAT WAS BROKEN. I SENT A PICTURE TO YOU ALL. YOU SAID THE OTHER TREES WERE MISPLACED BY WHO KNOWS. HOW COULD ANYONE SEPERATE THREE BOXES OF TREES? ANY WAY NO ONE WAS AT MY RANCH THE NEXT DAY, BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE THERE WEDNESDAY. WHEN I GOT A NEIGHBOR TO GO GET THEM AND PUT THEM IN WATER, ONE TREE HAD ZERO LEAVES, AND THE OTHER ONE HAD WILTED LEAVES. I CAN SEND PICTURES. I BOUGHT THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY ALSO. SHOULD YOU SEND ME REPLACEMENTS PLEASE CALL ME FIRST AS I GO TO THE RANCH ON TUESDAYS, AND I THINK ITS TO HOT TO PLANT HERE IN KANSAS. IF ACCEPTABLE PLEASE SEND NEW TREES MAYBE IN OCTOBER. I KNOW THIS IS NOT TOTALLY YOUR FAULT, BUT I DO THINK SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO FIX MY PROBLEM.

We ordered a peach tree it had leaves on it when we received it. We planted it exactly as instructed, watered as instructed but within one week "Peachy" he has dropped all it's leaves. It was shipped timely and properly but the geographical area had gotten sudden prolonged heat wave.

I called spoke with the customer service specialist about what I could do. I even sent photos. They diagnosed "shipping shock" due to the weather conditions. They offered a replacement and we chose Fall for shipping to be sure

I have just had my second shipment of insect infested trees delivered. The fruit cocktail tree in the harvest peach tree. The leaves look like Swiss cheese each of them have eaten away. 90% of them left the tree when I removed it from the box. A giant flying mouth like insect attacked me first before flying off. We determined that these trees were diseased or infested whatever you wanna call them before they were put in the box so they sent another shipment and these are just as bad if not worse. I had to spend lots of money and isopropyl alcohol to disinfect them or rid the mites from the leaves. I had to spend lots of money on fertilizer and keep them up and they are still not recovering. It's been four weeks now. I have for the solution of getting these trees from a different farm and they said that the trees are not "dysfunctional"?
I'm a tick asleep quarantine these trees as they don't infect other trees. If we ever need a horticultural plague this is the company that can do it.

I ordered raspberry plants that arrived very wilted and hot from shipment. I tried my best to revive them but with no luck. A week left in my refund period, I got on the chat and got my refund. Sad it didn't work out, but thankful for an easy refund process.

Originally received an inferior filbert tree (probably because it was the last one in stock). Wrote a review and provided a picture of this sick looking tree. Was contacted by the company and a full refund was issued. They probably should have not sent the tree ut they corrected the wrong and made everything good.

I've ordered from this company a few times and have not been disappointed with the products I received. The shipments come quickly as promised and the plants are of good quality. This time, an orchid was damaged, due to UPS crushing the box and not following instructions clearly marked on the box as to KEEPING IT UPRIGHT. The pot was crushed to pieces and several beautiful blooms were damaged and fell off the plant. The orchids were packaged well and this should not have happened.

I called to order a tree delivery for a future date, not the 2-3 day delivery. The rep took all the information and ordered the tree to be delivered on or about the date I requested. The tree got shipped and delivered early anyway. What was the point of calling in and providing all the information if it wasn't conveyed beyond that?

I usually don't buy online for my yard but I couldn't find this specific tree anywhere near me. I found the curly leaved corkscrew willow on this site and took a chance. The tree arrived in great condition leaves intact about 4 inches tall and well packed. We planted it two day later and it is thriving despite the north east drought. Oh, we didn't leave the tree in the box for 2 days we unpacked it right away and watered it and set it on our deck until we were ready.

I received my first order and the main branch was cut off at the top so it would be a dwarfed tree. After calling customer service, with no questions asked I was sent a new one. I greatly appreciated the promptness of the second tree arrival. Although it's mean branch was cut off also so now I have a second tree that I am concerned will not grow.
