We have completely rejuvenated our landscaping with the help of fastgrowing trees! Our treesandshrubs are thriving. We have put in magnolias that are blooming for the 4th time this season. We have some redwood trees that are spectacular. Most recently we-added rhododendrom. A few got poached duri g a heat wave. Fastgrowing trees immediately s t some replacements. The products come well packaged and healthy. If we have issues, they are always responsive. Gr at great great experiences with this company
Excellent! The tree was beautiful and exactly what I wanted! Thank you very much!
I had two Thule pines that struggled. As I reviewed the return process, I am to realize that '30d alive and thriving is very limited. The buyer is on the hook for a lot of things in return. Amazon returns are 30d, no questions, send it back... get credit. Or another. So I think... you better care for, and like, your purchase.
I bought two 2-3 foot willow bushes early in April. Then ordered two 3-4 foot willow bushes late May. The first two were bushy in nature an immediately took off after planting. The second two were tall and skinny. I planted the second two, hoping to eventually get a section of hedging. It didn't work.
Called to complain, sent pictures, and got to talk to a representative. After we discussed the possibility of pruning the tall plants, which I had done in the interim period, she offered 20% off on my next order. I rejected the offer. After some additional conversation, I asked if this was the final offer. Representative offered to replace the second two. Plants came quickly, and were in great shape (bushy too!). Very happy with outcome.
Good customer service!
Selection was easy. Payment was immediate. Delivery was within a few days. Out of the 4 small plants (3-4") all arrived quite dead.
2 of the 2 trees arrived in very rough shape; one "tree" had absolutely no root ball; it has already died. The other 1 tree looks like it will survive.
We're so sorry to hear how some of your plants arrived and glad we could make it right!
My 2 Flowering Tea Olive trees arrived in beautiful condition. I planted them a cording to directions.
They even had new growth starting when they arrived. A few days later their leaves began to turn brown and fall off. I reported them in larger containers and moved them into a shaded area. They seem to have caught their breath. I'm hoping the climate here in the desert shocked them and that they'll acclimate better in the autumn for planting. I don't think any of this is the fault of your company. I like your company very much.
Easy to find plants that work for me using zones and shade/sun requirements for our area. Fast shipping. Plants arrived green and growing wrapped in nice paper with no damages from transit.
The trees lost their leaves during shipping. Even the six leaves that were left and the new growth have since dried up; however, I see some new buds and have hope they will recover. I just hope they have sufficient time before winter sets in.,
We're sorry to hear about the concerns with your trees! We are reaching out to get some photos so we can assist you further!
We order the Meyer Lemon tree and it arrived during the extended heat wave in poor condition. With some TLC we hoped to save it to no avail. With one phone call, Fast Growing Trees had a replacement sent out quickly and it arrived in wonderful condition. Very pleased!
I purchased 3 trees. We planted following the provided instructions. 1 looks great, 2 look awful.
I feel that 2 need replaced.
I dont mind planting smaller trees to let them grow, but I am embarassed to plant the tress sent to me. Literally no leaves on almost all of the aspen. Looks like I have planted a toothpick. I am not happy at all.
Want my money back on the aspen. I sent an email and fastgroowingtrees turned thier cheek. My local nursery had much healthier trees for the same price.
We're so sorry to hear that your aspens were not what you had expected! We are reaching out now to get some photos so we can see what you received and offer some assistance!
I purchased 2 4-in-1 pear trees. The one is thriving, while the others leaves almost immediately turned brown. I called customer service after about 3 weeks. The lady asked me to send her pictures of the tree, which I did. She said that sometimes the trees can go into shock when planting and instructed me to give it several more weeks. I asked if it would still be covered by the 30-day Alive and Thrive guarantee (even though I would be outside of the timeframe if I followed her instructions), and she said yes and that she would annotate my account that she had instructed me to reach back out in a couple of weeks.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, I called back because the tree was obviously dead. I called customer service again wanting to have my tree replaced. The gentleman on the phone said that there was nothing on my account about having called prior and since I was outside of the guarantee window, it could not be replaced. I asked what options I had and he informed me that I could purchase the extended warranty for ~$30 and they would replace the tree. I reluctantly purchased the extended warranty while on the phone with him. Once the purchase was complete, he then told me that the tree I wanted (the same tree) was out of stock and he did not know when it would be back in stock, if at all! At this point, I'm ~$180 into a DEAD tree. I am beyond frustrated!
Banana trees do NOT travel well. Leaf stalks bent/snapped with both orders. Recent tree received, the stalk is bent. Hope it thrives. Any advice or suggestions? PS my fig tree is happy-happy
We are very sorry to hear this! Banana trees have very delicate leaves that can be damaged. Pull any damaged leaves off of the plant and with it being such a fast grower, it'll replace these leaves within just a few weeks!
Not very good package was delivered folded in half tree was broken I still haven't received my return!
We're so sorry to hear this and are reaching out privately regarding the refund!
The plants and trees came in a few days … that's good
The majority of the items came in good shape …. That's good
My Royal Empress Tress had a hard time getting to me healthy … not good
I think because of the temperatures at that time and maybe they needed more packaging material to keep the small diameter of the tree parts in place …. They broke
The folks gave it all there best to fix this problem but as they say …. It Is what it is
These folks are good and I love what was planted
I'll do it again when the time comes
I order often because the quality is consistent and reliable
I purchased many trees from FastGrowing trees since 2019 when I first purchased my new home. All the trees are doing great except the myrtles. They are not surviving our cold winters. I wish the company qas more honest. They said they would be fine. After the fact now you tell me ya you need to cover them they can't sustain the winters
We're so sorry that your crape myrtles haven't done well! The USDA is responsible for zoning trees and they do have these specific crape myrtles as surviving in your zone. There may be something you can do to help them through the winter such as wrapping them or applying additional mulch. We're happy to help out with any concerns!
I ordered a dragon fruit cactus. It was my first order from the company. It showed up in perfect shape with directions. I'm very pleased.
Great customer service and fast shipping. Eased with the prompt responses to any questions and concerns.
I ordered an apple tree, peach tree, fig tree, banana tree and apricot tree. All arrived in perfect condition and ready to plant. I am very satisfied with my orders and look forward to harvesting this next sprint.
We're sorry to hear that your trees are not doing well! We're reaching out privately to get some photos so we can get a better understanding of what may be going on!
