Came packaged perfectly. Multi stem tree we ordered was over 6 feet tall in excellent shape. We used the rocket pack, mixed soil that was there with some good garend soil and bat guana, planted as directed and added thick layer of Mulch. Been over a month since planted and even in Oct in NC she's doing great!
Found them through Google - great information about wide variety of plants and trees. I've bought poplars and rose of Sharon trees and hydrangeas and more - good sizes with lots of fresh budding on the trees and delivered within a few days in sturdy packaging. Great for all the plants I wouldn't be able to fit into my car at the local nurseries! Highly recommended. I'll be using again.
FGT has taken all of the worry out of selling, packing, & shipping live beautiful specimens. They have mastered the art of customer service and provide an excellent experience and product. I've bought several trees from them now and will continue to do so anytime I'm interested in a new specimen for my yard.
I had the pleasure of buying a eucalyptus tree from them. They initially sent me a wrong tree with the right tags but after communicating with them and showing them pictures of what i was expecting it to be, they sent me a new tree (the right one) right away. The trees were packaged really well and came very healthy. Highly recommended!

I've ordered from you before and had a wonderful experience. This last order was a bit disappointing. I was told that it's typical for these trees to have twisted trunks and, in a few years (could not tell me how long), the trunk will straighten out. I bought two at a local gardening center and the trunks were perfectly straight. I would have liked to get trees from you with straight trunks. I am not as confident that the crooked trunks will grow straight as you told me.
I was so happy to see how well protected it was to be sent by mail. Could not have asked for more. I will order again
All of the leaves of my avocado came off after arrival. Tree was extremely dry and stressed out when I received it. Two full weeks of TLC, and it still looks unhealthy and unhappy

We ordered limelight hydrangeas and planted them. Not bring gardeners, we followed enclosed directions ( in plastic) and two weeks on, the bushes are prospering!
Got the tree in a very timely manner. Only thing is it only had 4 leaves on it. After approximately 4 weeks after planting, no new growth. Unsure if it will make it, guess i will know for sure next spring
The plant arrived in good time but the leaves were sadly pretty crispy & most fell off. I was concerned and customer service was prompt and knowledgeable-hopefully it will bounce back and be wonderful.
This is the first time we have ordered a tree online and were very skeptical of not going through a local nursery. We have only had the tree for a month and I can't believe how healthy it is. We are heading into winter, so we'll see how the tree does after some cold month, but so far, very happy!
I purchased 20 Thuja Green Giants. The pricing practices are deceptive. They make it seem like you're getting a killer deal. My order was 39% off plus I had a discount of 20% for referring a friend. I still overpaid $400 on a $1000 order versus if I bought the same size tree at Home Depot. I paid $47 a tree versus $30.
Contacted customer service and they disregarded my issue even though I've been a customer for over 5 years with multiple orders.
