About two weeks ago I ordered two Aucuba plants that were on the website. I expected they would be delivered in two (or three days at most) as was advertised. After three days I began calling and finally reached someone who, after keeping me on the phone for a few minutes said that they were out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock for a few weeks or more…in other words an indeterminate amount of time. So I cancelled. RIDICULOUS. I told my gardener to buy from a local retailer. They're here and in the ground.
Fantastic looking plants. I was a little nervous due to a lack of experience buying trees online, but when I received them and saw the care in the packaging and the quality of the plants, I am now a satisfied customer and will soon be buying again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
It was the best experience. The trees were delivered in a sturdy box, and they were in excellent shape and moist and ready to plant. The trees had an excellent root ball and were very healthy. I love this place. It's the best way to purchase plants and trees. Thank you.

A tree arrived with the bulb almost completely unattached, but we planted it to see if it would thrive. When we contacted the company a few months later because the tree didn't survive the company wouldn't do anything to help replace the tree because they said we only had 30 days to contact them about it.
My beautiful Diamond, a reddish golden retriever had passed. The local nurseries had no trees to represent her, and it was late in the year. I've had the tree now for a few weeks, it arrived in great shape and I planted it right away per instruction. My Diamond's memorial tree is growing strong. I hope it makes it thru the winter.
Got online and found just want I needed and placed the order, and it came within days when the order was placed.
I ORDERED A TREE AND WAS GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE. THEY DID NOT ADMIT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TREE UNTIL I CONTACTED THEM AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE.
I had purchased two trees, identical species, and one arrived as expected... the other was in horrible condition.
Ordering was easy and the plants arrived boxed and healthy.
Cant wait to get them in the yard.

Tried to send 200 tree as a memorial gift to be planted for a good friends recently deceased father, this family is in a wake of devastation from the death of a family member and never in my years have I seen them say or do anything other than be overly kind it must've took a lot and I got a picture but the tree was worse than the peanuts dead x MAs tree. So I ordered a second one- just as bad. I'm the one embarrassed this company can't get its $#*! together like wth
The try came alive and now is thriving in my grow tent.
Everything about my experience with FGT was positive (except for my having forgotten to use a discount code, which obviously was no fault of theirs). I witheld a fifth star only because the tree arrived right at the end of growing season here in northern Illinois, and there doesn't appear to be any warranty or other recource available in the event that the tree does not survive the winter here. So, it's wait and see until next spring.

I had bought an Arborvitae, Planted it and it died within the month.

Three trees, two plum and one pear, arrived beautifilly packed, healthy and larger than expected. All are thriving and I hope to have fruit next year. This was my first purchase from Fast Growing trees and they were all deliivered exceeding my expectations and experience with competitors. One tree I ordered could not be delivered and they were great refunding my money, no questions asked. I would not hesitate to trust them and order again.
