These are awesome trees. I've ordered over 100 of these to creat a privacy screen on the sides of my property here in central Alabama. Watching them grow has been cool and they maintain themselves once established.
The trees came in with damage so not sure what will happen in the spring... hopefully they will show good life when the warm weather returns.
Very satisfied with purchase, delivery, and plant condition. Now to see how plants survive the winter and grow next spring.

Very happy with the purchase of two mugo pines. They were healthy arrived quickly from across the country. Both plants are doing well!
We had problems with 2 trees and there was no problem getting them replaced.
The three trees I ordered were delivered to the wrong address. The neighbors at this address were out of town and informed me of the delivery when they arrived home 5 days later. The packaged trees had been sitting untended in the sun for five days. The trees, to my surprise, were in good shape and I was able to quickly plant and water in the trees and they are doing well. I attribute the trees survival to the fantastic job your company does on packaging and shipping. No small feat when dealing with live plants. You will receive all my future tree orders.

I am very grateful for the trees I received (banana, avocado, and lemon). I'm going to do my best to care for them even though I am not in a very tropical climate. We are currently trying to care for them inside my classroom since it is already getting pretty cool where I live. They seem to be doing okay so far. I'm struggling the most with the banana tree.

Very fast delivery. Bought 2-3 foot trees that were exactly 24". Two of them have scoliosis but have straightened with sticks. Very healthy otherwise so far and looking forward to beautiful privacy/windbreak.

The trees arrived quickly and were slightly bigger than I expected. This was my second time ordering from the website.
The price was fair and it was a tree I couldn't find locally. Shipping was fast and tree arrived healthy. Problem is the tree was as wiggly as a snake. I am sure the person that chose this tree would have never chosen it for themselves.
They are going to ship every tree regardless of how it looks so anyone ordering should know this up front.
If this were the only tree at my local nursery I would have done without.
About two weeks ago I ordered two Aucuba plants that were on the website. I expected they would be delivered in two (or three days at most) as was advertised. After three days I began calling and finally reached someone who, after keeping me on the phone for a few minutes said that they were out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock for a few weeks or more…in other words an indeterminate amount of time. So I cancelled. RIDICULOUS. I told my gardener to buy from a local retailer. They're here and in the ground.
